The sales process was good but afterwards I left multiple messages for titles and registration office and couldn't get anyone to reply. Just getting to the title and registration office was a challenge because when I did get ahold of a person they didn't want to connect me to office. Leaving a detailed message was useless. Even if they didn't know the answer a return phone call or email goes a long way in satisfying a customer.

Just bought my 1st vehicle from Greenbelt Honda. Very fair in pricing and not a lot of games like other dealers. Went to one dealer in VA that had low online price but had very inflated backend add ins. No games, gave me a quote up front, negotiated a little, and was done in less than a hour. Will recommend to friends and family. If you give them a shot see Tommy Nicholson great guy.

Worse service experience ever!! The people were nice but they couldn't get their act together. The first thing I mentioned to the service tech was that the back brakes be thoroughly checked since I was planning several trips. He told me the multi-point checkup included the brakes. When I came to pick up the car, no one could tell me if the brakes were OK or not. They just tried to sell me up on other services. I left. It took 3 emails over 2 weeks to the service manager (SM) to find out the brakes were not checked and it costs $90 to have that done. I also asked for a quote to replace one wheel lug bolt that another company was paying to replace. I was never called with a quote nor was the work done. I mentioned this to another member of their staff and he said he'd email a quote that day. That didn't happen and I didn't receive the quote¬ until the SM responded 2 weeks later. Finally, I was billed twice for the service. I called 3 times and was never connected to the cashier. The line kept ringing endlessly. On one of the calls when it did bounce back to the receptionist, she said she'd find the cashier and have her call me back. Never got a call back. At last, the service manager called and corrected it.

Without a diagnostic test, they suggested that I replace my transmission, when it was leaking and quoted me a cost of almost $10, 000.00. A second opinion, with a diagnostic determination, revealed that there was no damage to my transmission and the leak cost me less than $600.00. Obviously their practices are dishonest and as a senior citizen, age 71, who came as a trusting loyal Honda customer, they attempted to take total advantage of me. Never going to return there.

I had to wait for 1 hour before my car got serviced for oil and filter change. I called for an appointment as new customer on Tuesday and reconfirmed on Thursday for servicing my CR-V on Saturday. The guy who picked up the phone on both days were the same guy. He did not register my name and car for the Saturday service. He took down all the required information and particulars of my name and car model but did not do his work to register the appointment. For the appointment setter, I would rate him 0 rating. High time Honda should check on the work attitude of it's employees because It will damage the reputation of Honda Greenbelt service center. Finally after so much of confrontation, I got my car service the same day. Honda service was Okay but the employee attitude towards work was 0. TQ

Worst service department ever, I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time and left my car to be repaired after being quoted an absurd $420 for a simple compression test and leak down test. I went to go get food while I waited only to get a call and be told the tech who was able to do the test is not working, which makes no sense why it was then scheduled. Then they wanted to push the appt out 3 days further, they claimed the shop foreman did not have the tools, when I asked what tools they needed they ignored me and said there was no availability. This dealership is obviously not honest and upfront about repairs, please avoid them at all costs not only do they overcharge but they will waste your time. I found another shop to do the work for $125 instead of their $420 quote!!

I was disappointed innmy service advisor today (came in for a simple oil change and he did not f/up on my car status until I checked back w/him 90+ minutes later)--my car was sitting in a queue, hadn't even been looked at! I t I'll d him I wanted to speak to the manager, which he stalled me on, but I insisted. Little did I know I had already been shooting the breeze w/the manager about stick shifts, so we already had a pseudo rapport. Anyway, the manager explained that even though I made an express oil change appointment, cars "of a certain age" (my words, not his) are seen in the main service area, rather than with the express team. Since I had been onsite two hours at that point, Tyler graciously comped the oil change. In the process of the change, the mechanic noticed the drain plug was over-torqued and there was oil leaking from several spots. He had the mechanic spray everything down so he could get a good visual on the leaks, then wrote it all up clearly so I could take further action at a later date. Management communication with me was excellent throughout and I will be returning to the dealer, though it is expensive, for my next oil change. I normally use service advisors Gezer or Tia, and I will stick w/them next time, as opposed to today's (unnamed) service representative, who may be fine normally, but he did not serve me well today. Kudos to Tyler (service manager) for taking responsibility for his team and for stepping in to provide superior customer care.

Will NOT be back. My husband Luis dropped off our 2021 Honda CRV yesterday for service and to check out this new and improved Honda - we live close by. Our car is new, about a year old with around 12K miles on it when we brought it in yesterday. This is our second service on the car with the dash recommending the B1 service. Somehow the technician "found" plenty of issues with a new Honda with 12K miles on it *eye roll*. Brake fluid flush, alignment, and air and cabin filter? Seriously? The service advisor did state these could wait since our car is new, but we're questioning why are these recommended in the first place? I can imagine a customer who doesn't know any better spending several extra hundreds of dollars. Honestly, this feels like a money grab. We opted for the B1 only. Technician even marked the extra recommended services in "red" when we received our paperwork. Conflicts with what our service advisor told us. Sounded like they should to be marked in yellow when Luis spoke to the advisor. Anyways, I personally think these can wait until the next service, and should've been properly noted as so. Also, we brought our car in around noon and the car was ready before 2:30 p.m., but we picked up our vehicle later in the evening around 6 p.m. and they did NOT run our car through the car wash. It's Wednesday, even the service advisor said it was a slow day and the car sat there for several hours and no car wash? Luis specifically brought up the car wash with the advisor when he first arrived. So much for a complimentary car wash with every service visit according to their website. Disappointing, we looked forward to that little perk. I used to also bring our other Honda vehicle to the College Park location for service and the new Greenbelt could have been our go to service location for both vehicles for years to come, but this was a disappointing experience. Two stars only for the nice service advisor and I also cannot deny the new establishment does look good with a nice waiting area. But even with this, it's not worth bringing my business. I'll venture to the other Honda in MD, or back to my beloved Arlington or Fairfax Honda in Virginia.
