I went on a Saturday to buy hair at the geeenbelt location at 1:00pm. They supposedly open at 10am. No one was there, and no one answers the phone. I waisted my time and I felt inconvenienced.

Nothing but a horrible experience online and at physical location in Maryland I ordered my hair on September 19th and waited nearly two weeks where I had to reach out directly to them to find out the status of my order. I was giving the runaround and then told that my shipping address was different from my billing address and that my order was canceled which did not make any sense as this was not prohibited and nothing was initiated by my bank. I only knew this because I had to reach out to them I didn't receive an apology, no humility, and inadequate customer service to salvage the situation I then received an email a day after I requested a cancellation of the order telling me that I needed to send a copy of my card and my ID which made no sense under the guys that it's from my protection I asked to cancel the order and called the Greenbelt store directly so that I could place an order for pickup and payment in full in cash I tried to give them another shot and as we speak I had spoken to a Brandon and was told that they would place the hair on hold for me and that I could pick up today only to find out that once I arrived there driving from Baltimore City no one was there at the door their answering machine was completely full repeat it calls and another customer showed up and no responsiveness to the door or to the phone calling them as instructed it is 2 hours later and no responsiveness save your money and go elsewhere I can't believe this is almost a month of back and forth and neither the website nor the physical location is any better I will never Patron a place like this and this customer service is deplorable

I agree with the young lady who left a review 4 months ago. The quality of hair is not good . The shedding is terrible and my curls are flat after cowashing. (Premium deep body wave )My first purchase is 2019 of the same hair was amazing.The customer service is good and they are polite .Update and reply :I agree, my google handle doesn’t require my real name. My gmail account is not the one used for my order.However, I have reached out prior to posting via email and provided information asked for. Moreover, recently I spoke with/ FaceTime a young lady that was super helpful and kind to me . She gave me tips on how to try to revive the hair until a suitable solution is found.

They are definitely scamming people out of their money. 347$ for one bundle of hair is ridiculous. 30$ price increase from a 24-26 inch is even more ridiculous. They spike their prices up just to do 60% off in order to price the bundles at the original price anyway. A bundle of 3

As a business owner, I really appreciate good customer service. I've been using hair from Her Imports for years and I don't think I have ever waited more than 4 days from ordering for my hair to arrive. When I go in to get the hair I'm always treated well. I typically order premium Malaysian straight and my bundles are always super soft. That texture blends well with my hair, very natural look. There is a smell, but a wash with some clarifying shampoo + condition with silicon mix takes it right out. I find that I only have to use 2 bundles on my head when I order any length under 20 inches and thats a plus for me.My only complaint is that the 613 bundles seem to shed a lot, but the bleaching process to lift hair to that color will naturally make the hair weaker. Regardless, I stick by consistency so I will continue to order from here.

I’ve been a customer since 2017 and the quality of hair has definitely declined. It’s so bad. It feels cheap and lacks longevity. I purchased the premium brazilian deep wave bundles earlier this year in February (from the Greenbelt, Md store front location) and I noticed the change in quality. Thinking it might’ve been a bad batch, I returned this month (November 2022) to buy more premium brazilian deep wave bundles but this time I went to the Arlington, Va location. To my disappointment, again the bundles lacked the quality I was used to getting from here. I used to love the quality of HerImports. They just lost a loyal customer.

I have been a very loyal customer the past 4 years and have always received quality hair. It does not shed nor tangle. I can also state the hair does last for 2 years plus….,I have purchase the My hair. Peruvian and Brazilian loose wave and tight and have always been please the way my hair looks and flows once installed. I have also other products such as lash glue, shampoo and leave in conditioner. I am a returning customer of this brand I’m deeply disappointed in the hair I received this time. I had to figure out how to get the smell out of the hair. I washed it several times to no avail. I had it installed for my sister’s wedding and the quality of the hair has DEFINITELY changed to a lower quality vendor. The wafts clearly is not what’s advertised and the hair continuously is falling out. It is the worst hair I have ever purchased not only as a repeat customer but from any vendor. I sent an email from the confirmed purchase link for customer service and received a response from Chantel (Support) stating- I’m sorry to hear what happened. We do not have these issues with our bundles. So I will say Buyer Beware!!!!Update- after meeting the manager Sami and getting a resolution to my issue. I’m pleased with the customer service I received. Thank you Sami for turning this around!

I went to the store for the first time today, and overall I had a great experience. The store is very secure, Nekeyah the sales rep answered the phone when I called and met me at the door to escort me in, she was super friendly and talked to me about the different textures of hair to help me make the decision that would work best for me. The prices were reasonable the store ambiance definitely exceeded my expectations, and the overall experience was personalised and tailored to me. If you haven’t been here, I’d suggest stopping by. I am happy with my experience and purchase.

Chey had excellent customer service with me when i came in to shop, i have been shopping with herimports for good quality Brazilian hair for 7 years now, i have never had a problem with customer service in the past but Chey was so friendly helpful and found everything i needed so quick, her suggestions made sense because i was unsure of what i wanted i appreciate her help today im excited to install my new hair thanks again ❤️

When I originally purchased my hair in 2019 I was very excited to try it out as I had heard good reviews from the company and a few bad ones but overall there seem to be no issues. I ordered their premium wave hair and eventually had the bundles made into a wig and the wig was nice but I definitely noticed tangling in the nape area. Although the hair is touted as being virgin raw hair it's impossible for it to be virgin raw hair and to tangled that bad, that is a sign that it's different hair from different donors and the hair is tangling because it's going in different directions. After wearing the wig 3 times I decided I didn't want to wear dark hair and started wearing other wigs. I recently remembered I had this wig in a bag in my closet and decided to use it. Since I also purchased a frontal from them in the same texture at the same time I purchased the bundles but never used it, I decided now would be a good time to try it out. My problems came in when I decided to add color to the wig. The frontal lifted beautifully but unfortunately I had to stop lifting it because the bundles would no longer lift past a light brown, semi copper color. Raw virgin hair it would not react this way. I also noticed even after using professional color and conditioning products that the bundles did not feel the same quality and tangled even worse. The frontal was very clearly a better quality than the bundles even though they were both sold under the same name and texture. I tried to contact her imports and spoke with a woman name Queen I believe who stated she would get in contact with the distributor while placing me on hold. When she came back she said she would give me a call within the next two hours since there was a time difference and she never called me back. When I tried to reach back out to them I got no response. I'm sure they know who I am since she took down my name and phone number. The customer service has been horrible and I'm sure the company knows the hair they're selling does not live up to it's name. It would be nice to get some sort of resolution from them. I would take a replacement of the bundles if they couldn't offer a refund since the hair definitely has not lived up to the standards they claim.
