Your directions are off for traveling from 8150 Lakecrest Dr., Greenbelt, Md. to the FedEx Print Center, Greenbelt, Md.You direct drivers to Greenbelt Road from Prince James Way.One cannot directly access Greenbelt Road from Prince James Way, nor the reverse. To get to Greenbelt Road from 8150 Lakecrest, Greenbelt, MD, one must turn left out of Charlestowne North onto Prince James; the road then naturally turns uphill and becomes Lakecrest Dr., which leads uphill directly to Greenbelt Road.

Staff is friendly and willing to assist with all services — printing or shipping. Because this center does provide excellent service and because the staff at this location is knowledgeable, are reasons why the center gets busy! During this time when unprecedented challenges are impacting our global society, perhaps each of us could be appreciative that businesses are still doing business trying to meet our needs. Perhaps customers could give providers some courtesy.

A service representative sent me to the Crofton location when my package was at the Greenbelt location and I asked repeatedly for her to check the store before I went to the Crofton location.

Smooth experience shipping our 8 moving boxes to another state. Boxes arrived on time and 90% package intact. It’s probably my problem not using a heavy duty box for that one. Overall quick and professional service here!

I have always had a super easy time here. I have picked up print orders and even done print jobs on the spot here! It's usually the middle of the day when I come, so I have never really dealt with a crowd. I have no idea what it's like during peak hours! Either way, they make the process seamless, whether you're doing pickup or using the self-service kiosks on your own. The tools on the site are pretty versatile and customizable, but sometimes projects do get complex. I have been able to call ahead and get any concerns addressed, and even given live tutorials over the phone. But back to the store itself, the place has always been quiet and clean... and given its location relative to my house, it's nothing short of convenient! If you have any printing needs, you can't go wrong with FedEx.

Prices are higher then average. And oneline prices are wrong I paid almost $3 per page for faxing.
