She cries, Americans who work there give bad service, they have closed the lobby and I went through the window to get my coffee and just because I didn't have my car, she didn't want to sell me, I work next to her, maybe two meters away and she demanded that I go for my car and she drove by, I told her I work next door, she told me she didn't care and wouldn't sell me, I think she's the only white American who works there, she's racist.

I have had more way more bad experiences at this Dunkin than good ones.Someone gave me a gift card so I decided to stop by again- BAD IDEA.MY CROISSANT IS BARELY WARM AND EXTREMELY MUSHY.Thanks for nothing Dunkin, I didn't realize I had to cook the food after I left the restaurant.Never again.

Got a blister on my lip from molten hot cream cheese in the bagel minis. Glass from broken bottle has been in the drivethru for a whole week. I eventually brought a broom and swept it up myself.

Asked for a remade coffee 3 times, worker did not understand me and kept messing it up. They forgot all of my food until I went in and asked for it, toasted my bagel until it burned, forgot my hash browns, and used the wrong cheese all in one order.

Take it from me and don’t visit this establishment. Food is terrible, service is the worst I’ve ever encountered and very slow. The manager is not a leader and very bad at communicating. I’m 2mins away but I’ll never visit

They have to step up their game at this location. I have been coming here occasionally sometimes as a regular for years. My main issue is the customer service. There have been numerous times over the years where the mangers were either rude and unreasonable and or the staff not taking accountability for making mistakes. We all make mistakes and nobody is perfect. I should not had to drive up to Dunkin three times to get a frozen coffee order right. Fortunately, it was not a long commute. In recent months, the store added a kiosk and would close the register for training leaving customers confused with using and processing the kiosk order with no staff around to readily assist. There has been a language barrier more with hiring more foreigners who are not fluent in English which is not good. There needs to be more English speaking staff and more diversity with hiring at the location that reflects Greenbelt's demographics. College students nearby and other people are also deserving of jobs needs to be a fair balance.

Had Uber collect my coffee for me today! this is not the coffee I ordered instructions are never followed in this store unless u order in person. Additionally the top was on the cup loosely and could've resulted in a spill. Please secure the top in the future.

I’ve never been inside so can’t rate atmosphere, but the drive thru is fast and easy. On a recent visit, the young lady cashier was super nice and gave me a senior discount. The maple bacon is delicious. Try it for yourself.

Will never return. Ordered a large refresher asked for extra ice because it was too sweet and was told i had to pay 1$ extra… asked for a cup of water and was told again it was 1$. ODALY was extremely rude. Would never give this establishment my money again! It is ILLEGAL to charge for a cup of water in an establishment. I will be reporting this business!

Went to use the bathroom got to exit door to leave got stop and accused of a crime but when realized I was just leaving after dropping of a tip for using the bathroom no apologies or nothing just a weird filling of racism. Dame can't use the bathroom and leave a tip?

Last time I visited, there was a sign inside the store at the counter that said that they are training new members. Nevertheless, the quality of the food and coffee is outright terrible. I have come here on two separate occasions and I’ve gotten sausage egg and cheese, bagels, and croissants that were undercooked still cold, and simply inedible. The mocha, cocoa, iced coffee and caramel iced coffee I purchased were made incorrectly. The caramel coffee was so laughably bad whoever made it, instead of putting caramel on the whip cream they drowned the coffee with the caramel drizzle instead, so it was basically like I was drinking liquid caramel. Overall, I understand that there may still be workers and training here, but I would simply avoid it until there is evidence that the workers are out of training. Oh, I forgot to mention that the last time I came, I did a mobile order, and my mobile order was not ready, so I literally was standing in line waiting for my food to come out and after about 10 minutes of waiting, I finally asked and they told me they didn’t see my order ready despite The order number and the list of things I ordered being present on the mobile app. So yeah, please avoid this Dunkin
