Ashley Reichert truly demonstrated State Farm slogan of “Like a good neighbor State Farm is there”. She listened to me, answered my questions, provided me with information that I didn’t even know I needed. You could hear the empathy in her voice. She even apologized for other’s rudeness, lack of being responsive, lack of empathy, and so on. I’m definitely saving her contact information. I now need to purchase a new car guess who I’ll be calling. Thank you Ashley for providing me with excellent customer service. Others should observe her and learn how it’s done?

Darrell Tucker has been my insurance agent for personal and business matters just short of a decade and has always provided top notch service. If he doesn't have an answer, he will find it and call you back to give that answer. I'm very happy with his level of service. And the addition of Ashley Reichert to his team was the icing on the cake. She is pleasant, thorough and proactive. Couldn't ask for more! Really solid group! I strongly recommend for all your insurance needs.

My wife and I have just recently moved to Greenbelt Maryland. A move is always somewhat difficult, especially changing all of your vehicle information to a new state. I contacted several insurance companies to get quotes and information for our car and home. I contacted Darrell Tucker’s State Farm agency and communicated with Ashley. She was so professional, so helpful, not just with the insurance, but all the information we needed, all the ins and outs on getting our car and home set up in Maryland. Ashley is very knowledgeable about the insurance needs we have, the pricing between a couple agencies were very close, but dealing with Ashley made all the difference, a real People person who answers the phone, it made all the difference in the world to us, thank you so much, and we look forward to years of business with your firm.

I have to say I have never had customer service from an insurance agent like I had with Darrell Tucker. I am currently in a situation where a lady hit my car in Washington D.C and she actually lied about the incident as well as her peer who happen to be one of the cops on the scene. In a situation where I am young and I feel taken advantage of, I truly appreciate Darrell advocating and bringing vindication to my situation. I stand behind Darrell Tuckers service and self obligation to take care of you as a valued customer. I recommend having Darrell on your side.
