Exceptional Service from Che Burgess at CVSI wanted to take a moment to commend Che Burgess, a CVS employee, for providing exceptional service during my recent visit. Che went above and beyond to assist in getting my grandma's pictures printed out, demonstrating a level of dedication and customer care that truly stood out. All while multitasking with every customer coming in.His attention to detail, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Che's commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction reflects positively on CVS as a whole.I am grateful for Che's outstanding service and wanted to express my appreciation. Employees like Che make a significant difference in the customer experience, and I am impressed by their professionalism and genuine concern for meeting customer needs.Thank you, Che, for making this experience memorable and for exemplifying the high standard of service at CVS.

They will pick up the phone and put you on hold just to stop hearing the customer calling announcement locally. I have seen this while in the store and experienced it on the phone. It seems to be a policy or standard as every employ does it.Further, the one male pharmacist is a compulsive liar who will say anything to get you out of his hair. To include forwarding your prescription to other CVS's where he claims they have stock when they don't. The other pharmacy I visited knew exactly what store I came from as she said it was a common tactic.This is by far the worst pharmacy with the worst customer service!

This cvs located at 5910 Greenbelt rd is the absolute worst. I have never come to this location and had a smooth transaction. The staff here is extremely unfriendly almost inhuman. My last dealings with this location was the worst, Ydeleky spoke to me as thought I was bothering or inconveniencing her. When I comes to health care at any level you ought to have compassion. Ydeleky is not and does not display any compassion or empathy for the patients. In facts she displays disrespect disgust and displeasure to the patients that’s she serves. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company because this behavior is unacceptable.

The lady with the blonde dreads that work on the prescription is rude & her face looks terrible. Not approachable at all, she talks with an attitude. Every time you go to this CVS, they always have a line. The staff is rude, they never know the status of your medication. I think they should closed this CVS down & put something else there. The people that work at this CVS is just horrible! Horrible!!

Horrible I mean Horrible place do not get your prescriptions here they never seem to get it they made 3 profiles for me and I should only had one. my doctor had to call and confirm he sent the prescription multiple times they where very rude to him and me. They lost my prescription like 3 times my doctor is fed up and so am I I would never be going to this pharmacy again.. the store is great but the pharmacy is horrible.. Horrible management horrible staff

This location is desperately understaffed. I moved all my prescriptions away after too many times of dealing with long wait times, medications not being available, and/or messing up prescriptions in various ways. Then I foolishly decided to give them another try for a flu shot. When I arrived, there were a bunch of people standing around and nobody giving shots. It was a full 10 minutes after my appointment time when someone finally came out to *start* giving shots. 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment I got my shot.

The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to get my daughter the medicine she needed. They got her prescription transferred and filled it within 10 minutes because it was an emergency. They really saved the day!

I went in for a passport photo and was told the camera was broken. I understand things break; no problem. I needed a few other things. As I was shopping I needed to use the restroom. I asked a store associate and was told there was no public restroom. Two for two. So I abandoned my cart and went home. I don't think I will be back.

Worst pharmacy ever!!!! If you have a drive thru, you can't have people waiting for 45 minutes and tell them to go inside!!!! There is a long line inside!!! This minus zero star pharmacy!!!! Please go somewhere else!!! Not worth the wait!!

You call, they make you wait over an hour, you get there, they have 2 people in line and the phone is just ringing and no one cares to answer. You wait the hold time, they pick up finally, and instead of talking, they pretend they cant hear you and immediately hang up. Dont even bother calling, they dont care about their job.

Pharmacist so rude i ask for a status of a medicine i was't even done with the question she just jung up the phone. So rude costumers should be treated better than anything they dont have no manners i undestand they are busy it not my fault your havinh a bad day lady... ushhh worse cvs ever...

This CVS pharmacy is so irresponsible with the medication of patients. One of the pharmacist is so rude and he does not know how important is the prescriptions of the people and does not care. I left my prescription one day before and told me to return the next day, I went for my medication of the pharmacist was so rude and told me that it was not ready and I did not understand why when I left my prescription early. They rudely responded to me saying that they open at 9am, when it was around 11am. I told them to at least give me the lancets that was prescribed to me because I’m diabetic and I urgently needed it. He said that if it’s really important to me then I needed to wait an hour. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

A good pharmacy will stock basic, generic medications and tell you the truth. I was told that my physician had refused to renew my prescription and then that he had sent it to the other CVS on Greenbelt Rd. It turns out that this CVS is out of the medication.

I would give them zero stars if I could. There is always a ridiculous wait. But in this case I sat in front of the drive through window for over 15 min, only to have someone walk over and say (exceptionally rudely) that they were closing for lunch and couldn’t take my rx. Slammed a sign in the window and threw the phone down. I understand if I had just driven up… but she saw me sitting there for an EXTENDED period of time. If you don’t have the staff to run a drive through, then close it. Or come over and tell me you wouldn’t be able to serve the window. It was absolutely ridiculous.

Went to this location to get some passport photos printed. The shift supervisor, Oscar provided excellent service. He was helpful and knowledgeable. In an age where customer service is lacking it was a refreshing experience.
