My recent visit to CVS Pharmacy at 7607 Greenbelt Road left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, solely due to the rude behavior of the pharmacist on duty. The pharmacist displayed an unacceptable level of disrespect and hostility towards customers, including myself. Instead of providing assistance and support, I was met with condescension and dismissive attitudes. It’s disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism in a healthcare setting where empathy and understanding should prevail. I strongly advise management to address the behavior of their staff and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve. Until then, I cannot recommend this CVS location to anyone seeking courteous and professional service.

The young lady Kayla is so fun and helpful. She helped me with the coupons and when I came in to do my passport she was so amazingly nice and helpful. I had an order that was already packed for me to pickup and it wasn’t in the system so Kayla helped me and made sure I understood why was there a problem with my order while assisting others. She is so helpful and I would definitely recommend 7607 Greenbelt road CVS to others and tell them Kayla is the go to person for the best care for customers.Kayla is cool greatI don't like how customers be coming in there to mess with her for no reasonBut Kayla don't be feeding into that because she know how she is and I really like that for her because she work and they need to keep her.If she leaves I would leave to because she be on her great work type of time

The CVS is fine, but the pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous, impatient, and rude. The pharmacist on call today, at this time, was too busy trying to justify their inaction to actually fix the issue that was clearly time-sensitive. We came in on Thursday to try and have my mother-in-law's (MIL) prescription transferred from Georgia to here because she is visiting to help us take care of our newborn (born on Friday). The technician we spoke to kindly explained that we would be unable to transfer it that day due to the Georgia pharmacy being closed. She explained that someone would call on Friday to transfer the medication. On Sunday, we called CVS because they never got back to us regarding my MIL's prescription. The person we spoke to explained that she had notes from the Thursday discussion and that for some reason, the pharmacist neglected to call. They also explained that because it was a Sunday, they couldn't make the transfer because the GA pharmacy was closed. Today (Monday), we went in to see if we could get the pharmacist to transfer the medicine. It took all of 2 minutes to accomplish the actual transfer, but before that he spent nearly 3 minutes explaining how transfers are very difficult and that somehow was the reason it didn't occur on Friday (which made no sense when we were specifically told no one even tried on Friday). Instead of listening to us (or providing any customer service), he forced us to move to the back of the line, call the GA pharmacy, and figure it out ourselves. He basically told us we were wasting his time because he had vaccines to deliver. The whole process literally took less than 5 minutes in total, btw. When we did figure it out (in a matter of seconds), the pharmacist made the transfer while explaining how he was annoyed to have to be on hold for the 3 seconds it took for the GA technician to answer the phone and transfer the call to the GA pharmacist. If he had given us a little grace and done his job with compassion, the whole ordeal would have been extremely quick and easy. Instead, the pharmacist found it more convenient to be patronizing and extremely insensitive. Mind you, the medicine is literally life-saving medication that she was now out of due to the pharmacy's missteps and inaction on Friday. I will never patronize this pharmacy again, and no one else should. As my MIL stated, some people just should NOT have roles in customer service. ? very upset and disappointed by the pharmacist's attitude. What a shame.

The pharmacy refused to fill my prescriptions for injection supplies as written, substituting a syringe that was not suitable for either the method or volume. When I tried to transfer the prescriptions elsewhere, they only transferred one of the three.

Today was the last day I will ever go back to this CVS! The manager, Dajuan Johnson( short, bald, African-American man with a long mustache and beard) was highly unprofessional and did not help me with the issue I was having, at all. I had to call Greenbelt Police to the store to help get my issue resolved at which time Mr. Johnson then decided to do his job. I shouldn't have had to call Officer Sims to get my issue resolved and CVS needs to look into why Mr. Johnson refused to help me or give me any direction for the issue that I was having. I did not get loud with Mr. Johnson nor was I aggressive with him in any way so I can't understand for the life of me why a manager wouldn't want to ensure that a paying customer was left without any help or answers to their problem. If Mr. Johnson does not like the duties of his job he should look for employment elsewhere. I will be contacting CVS Corporate.

This sucks bc we've been coming to the cvs for years. But I went in to get some hair dye n stuff. But the way that I was being stared at as well as followed in there made my anxiety that much higher. I was already upset about something that happened and I was pretty shakey about it but then that was happening so that didn't help. Maybe don't assume that people who might be going through things or might look a little different are gonna steal from you. I was wearing a beanie with horns on it bc i had nothing else so why would I still if I wear things that are super obvious and describable TO STEAL? ?I get it's the holidays but wow. That was wild.

Terrible customer service. The extra care coupons are repeatedly deleted from your order if you ask them to assist and fix an incorrect price on your order. I had such horrible experiences with getting my much needed prescriptions I moved them to another pharmacy. Healthcare disparities are real in my community and CVS exacerbated problems with poor pharmacy management. They could literally compromise your health by having added barriers to accsssing your medications in a timely manner. Horrible, horrible service.

The CVS at 7607 Greenbelt Rd went above and beyond to get me the new COVID booster. I had multiple appointments and each time CVS was out of the booster. I received a call about 9pm from CVS that they had a booster. I went in 30 minutes later and received the vaccine. A pharmacy employee drove 30 minutes to get a booster and the pharmacy manager was wonderful!

Due to past negative experiences, I'm not a fan of CVS. Today I went to the CVS in Greenbelt to get the new COVID booster. It was the third CVS pharmacy with the same result. Sorry, we don't have the COVID booster. Why is CVS letting patients schedule appointments when they don't have the booster in stock? The pharmacy manager told me they would call me as soon as they have them in stock. I'm not betting my paycheck on that. one.

Once in a blue moon there isn’t a long wait just to pick up medication. It’s is normal to wait 30-45 mins. Indoor or drive thru. Definitely I need to take my business else where

The Drive-thru is always extra slow. They act like you are not waiting to pick up. The inside is no better and none of them have any get up and go! Theee Worst ever!!!!!!!!
