“I went to this CVS yesterday to pick up some things to soothe my cold, but mainly to use a 30% my entire purchase coupon that I got in the mail a few days earlier. I'm a college student and money is always tight, so that coupon was a blessing. I pick up all my stuff (and a little extra) and try to check out at the self-checkout station, but it keeps saying "coupon not accepted" or something. The staff at the register, Che, overheard and said he would be over to help.Che tried everything and anything to try and get the coupon to work. I certainly didn't understand why it wasn't working, but he didn't either. And yet, Che went above and beyond trying to get me the discount. I didn't want to cause too much trouble and kept saying "it's no biggie if it doesn't work," but Che insisted that he help me get my ~$13 off my purchase. He tried everything and eventually made something work. I was so grateful.Like I said, money is a big worry of mine as a college student and even that 30% discount helped me immensely. I was so impressed by Che's helpfulness and kindness. He really made my day. :)Other than this experience, the store is nicely-kept and nicely laid out. A lot of makeup products are out of stock pretty often, but back orders happen. There's always another brand selling something similar to what I want. Prices can be very high too (like $4.60 for a loofah??) but the coupons and deals that come with the extra care card make it worth it.Thank you, Che. :)”

“Nice CVS. They had a lot of items at the store. Good deals also on my extra care card. The only thing is that there was a lot of people stocking the shelves at the food area. We got a good deal on Pringles but when we got them no one really moved out of our way when we were getting them. I bought gum and there was a but one get one 50% off. And they also included 2$ extra bucks. Good shopping trip”

“These people giving the place 1 star because of price are cheap. If you don’t have the money walk to giant. I enjoy the convenience. People are friendly if you show them respect”

“This pharmacy location has the best customer service in the area!! Not only do they answer the phone but they have customer service skills. Ive only talked with the pharmacist and one employee. I moved here last year and have since moved all my scripts to walgreens because of trash service and rude pharmacists and employees, except this one because it’s been out of stock for months. Even the walgreens tech called me back when the location in college park gave them the run around about transferring my prescription. I can say i worked in pharmacy back home and we were definitely not trained the same as far as customer service. Even the representatives with Caremark have good customer service skills. Just wow”

“Yes, there can sometimes be long lines, but I have yet to not be greeted with a smile and a helpful demeanor here. To me, waiting a minute or two more occasionally is worth it for great service. Thank you cashiers for making my time in your store pleasant and suggesting for me to put my items on the counter while I wait behind a person or two in line during my last visit. Yes, the pack of water was heavy so I majorly appreciated it. I appreciate y'all so keep doing you. :)”
