I walked into this branch to deposit a check. There were two tellers at the desk looking at a phone. When the lady acknowledged me, she was very rude and abrasive. I explained that I needed to deposit a check and was told that I needed to do it at the kiosk. I then explained that I normally would but I didn't have my bank card to do so. Again, in an abrasive tone she states that I would have to go to a different branch in order to make the deposit. I went 2 miles away to another BOA branch and was able to make the deposit without incident. I was also informed that the information given to me was inaccurate and that multiple customers come in with the same complaint about the Ora Glen location. Avoid this branch at all cost.

Went to find out why the money that I send from zelle not showing up in my accountThis lady "Lina' walked upto me like she about to fight me lol she looked angry ? was told the wrong information by her so she can leave earlyThis is really sad and I recently joined bank of america. THIS specific location has got lazy staffMy 4th time I have been told to go somewhere elseAll they do is sit there and watch social media on their phoneWhy is the bank there then if they don't help with anythingThis is NOT acceptable!!!!!

The staff is awful and not helpful at all. Very rude, nonchalant about customers need. I needed help with online banking, I told him I had tried to call the 1-800 number, I was hoping they would call the 1-800 on my behalf but the man did not care. He wrote the 1-800 number on an envelope and told me to call them, he said he cannot help me. I have been a business owner with Bank of America for over ten years now, and I am honestly thinking of closing my account and going where I will be treated with a sense of decency.

My neighborhood bank, super convenient and even walkable if I so choose! I drive by it nearly everyday, and many times I do stop by -- beware though, do NOT go during lunch time or right after work! There is only one drive-thru ATM and the line can have a few cars. The bigger issue isn't the number of cars though, it's the fact that each person at the ATM takes forever! You would think they are all using it for the first time LOL! It's never taken me more than 1-2 minutes to get my business done -- even when I'm depositing. I've definitely done the drive-thru more than the ATMs inside -- I have never had an opportunity to interact with any staff. One thing I will say is that the parking lot is very tight... and some of the spots are angled... so parking is really interesting haha. For convenience, this bank is perfect, but the design, parking lot, number of drive-thru ATMs and other aspects of other BoA's make them better options if you aren't already nearby.

Went in to make a deposit. I couldn’t. People in front of me wanted to cash out their checks. They couldn’t. Something about it being a “digital” branch only, whatever that means. We all had to leave. Not sure what this branch does here then. Useless.

Staff are not competent with simple tasks like issuing Cashiers checks! Save your time and energy and stop doing business with this terrible bank

I hate that bank I get racially profiled every time I come in there. And the bank had 2.5 star so that should tell you something.. that bank manager needs to be fired.

The line is always long. Only one staff member behind the glass and another staff greets customers (don't really care if I'm greeted as I walk inside). This person needs to help the other staff member behind the glass so there's no long wait for any member. When asked why doesn't she help the person behind the glass and she always say "I don't have access to the drawer". This branch is poorly manage, I have been to few Bank of America branch around the area and their workflow has been very efficient.

Went in to solve an issue another BOA made on my minor son’s account which caused him to lose all the money in his savings account. Trishan helped me get everything back on track and really showed compassion. She was patient, friendly, and kind. I would consider coming to BOA for my own banking needs.

I met with Anthonia Joma-Egbi, a banking associate, to open a bank account. She was very professional and her service was exceptional. She was also very knowledgeable about BofA services and introduced me to the superb credit card benefits, online and mobile app services, and even Life Plan® to help me manage my finances. With only a few visits, I feel like I know just enough to handle my financial resources. I'd definitely recommend BofA to anyone looking for an excellent financial services provider with remarkable customer service.

I had a superb experience. After getting a call from my relationship Manager to come in for a financial review on my life Priorities. I was a bit hesitant why I needed any review at all.I decided to go for the appointment at the Hanover Parkway Financial Center.The Bank associates were remarkable. I met with the bank associate Anthonia Joma-Egbi .Her knowledge of their services was exceptional. Services and tips to help financial decisions.I was glad i did.She actually took me through why I needed the life plan tool.Bank of America is my no 1 preferred bank and also a great referral to others.
