“I just wanted to leave this review for Ms Shirley M who works @ Joe Mitchell’s office, this Lady is the absolute best I was gonna leave State Farm because of the severe price hike but the only reason I Stayed with State Farm is because of Ms Shirley, the customer service I get from her you can’t put a price on from day 1 (one) she has always went above and beyond to make sure you are absolutely taken care of and will sit on that phone with as long as it takes to make sure you are satisfied sometimes if take to long she would say “well let me call you back I know you at work” and would do just that. I absolutely love this lady State Farm has a true Customer Service Gem
