My sales rep went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. He made sure to answer all our questions to the best of his ability, even told us about products we didn't know AT&T provided, such as Direct TV. All in all we were very pleased with the service.

Each visit at this AT&T store gets better and better. The service from the staff is phenomenal. They take care of your every need. I can’t recommend them enough.

Great atmosphere at the store. The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. The one downside was the phone I wanted they didn’t have. It has to be shipped, but it did come within 2 days!

Was looking for a prepaid phone. Oddly the others places I visited did not. The salesman who helped me was very polite and friendly. The store had what I was looking for. They had me set up in about 20 minutes, and the phones were on sale, so it only cost me 40 dollars.

The manager, sold a cellphone to 82 year old Lady, charge the full price no discount at all, it should be a law against that, take advantage of senior citizen

10/10 don’t recommend first of all I had this experience while I was in the process of getting a new phone service because i was no longer satisfied with AT&T I came into the store when I spoke with one of the employees letting him know I wanted to turn in the phone because I was no longer with AT&T and didn’t want to be charged the phone anymore without my knowledge he then put my phone into the system as a trade it when I told him I no longer had the service. so what am I trading in ? I then ask to speak with the manager and she basically told me they can’t do anything about it and I must have confused her employee because they would have told me that process isn’t doable after a 14 day period I was still charged the remaining $700 when I no longer have the phone very unprofessional they said it was no way I can be compensated when it was the employee who should be held accountable.

I was greeted when entering the store and immediately helped. Katina and Elijah answered all questions, gave a walkthrough of the phone operations. Helped me operate the phone without the home button I'm use to having on the older model phone. Gave sage advice about phone performance, storage, and upgrading technology benefits. Overall experience was amazing!

Kathia and Antonio provided me with excellent customer service. I walked in with, what I thought were complicated issues with porting my phone numbers to at &t. They were able to quickly find a solution and also helped me with other services that will be useful for my business.
