I now go there more frequently to see what new things they have.Previous review: I'm so glad to hear others say they've had great customer service b/c it's been hit or miss with me. Sometimes i'll get a very nice sales woman and other times, like today, my daughter and i walked in, looked around the jewelry by the front register and left 5 mins later and not one person acknowledged us. We've also gone bought something there and literally, nothing was said to us. Not hello/can i help you/thank you for shopping with us. As i said, there have been times when they've been friendly but it's kind of odd that it's not consistent.”

Always very helpful staff, I love how mark downs are weekly and you can always put things on hold and run around the outlets to triple check things and then come back and get your items.”

“I went in today to find my size based on my measurements. Ms. Carol was incredibly knowledgable and helped me pull some jeans for my body type and size. She checked in on me in the fitting room as well. Her customer service was top notch. Given that there wasn't a lot in my size and style in the store, she suggested I take a picture of the tags on my phone to shop online. The cashier Ms. Eyona was there and recommended taking down the item number. I was very impressed with their care and kindness. I've always had exceptional service at this store.”

I want to give this woman credit for helping me find the items that I needed.I was going to a funeral and there was a color scheme to the funeral which was Lavender and Cream. I received many compliments on my attire. I purchased the hat, pantsuit, and shirt from this store.I placed my hair chopsticks in the band of my hat to give it an accent with the charms on it. Later, I removed my hat to pin my hair up with the chopsticks which also happened to be lavender. I was pleased with my overall look.”
