How are the 2 WORSE WELLS FARGO in the country in the same area??? Landover and Largo!!! Just Close! The inside isn'teven open anymore. Lines for atm and drive thru down the block. RIDICULOUS!

Had an appointment schedule on 4/21/23. Bank was close for whatever reason. No one noticed me on the situation or even called to reschedule my appointment. Worse service ever. Time to look for a new bank .

I hate wells fargo. I will always remember how they stole my money and never paid me back. If I knew about the lawsuit they had against them, I would have added myself. They are the worst. Don't trust them.

The most racist, ugly customer service ever ! I came in to deposit a check and worker started asking me questions and treating me a certain way , I will now close all of my Wells Fargo account , I hate this bank and the way they made me feel ! DO BETTER ITS 2022 , YOUNG PEOPLE CAN MAKE BIG MONEY TOO !

I visited the Landover Road Location in Maryland approximately three times. The first was to open a joint account(I was unable to do this without an appointment), the second was for the appointment and the last was to recieve a temporary debit card. I have been disappointed all three times. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that the teller who would be assisting me was out on vacation. No one thought to make a curtious call to inform me that no one would be able to assist me before the appointment, they also did not offer any other suggestions or reschedule the appointment. The last time I visited this location was this past Friday to recieve a temporary bank issued debit card. I was told that I would be unable to recieve one because the bank no longer has this as an option for its customers and that I could use my digital card/wallet in the mean time. This is an inconvenience to customers who frequent stores that do not have the tap feature for your digital card and also in order to pay Bill's you will need an actual card number. That of which the digital card feature does not provide.The customer service that I have recieved has been degrading to the Wells Fargo standards that I am used to. I will be looking to bank with another company because it is obvious Wells Fargo does not have any regards for their customer.

Worst Wells Fargo in the area. I come here a couple times a month and busy or not I wait in line here for what seems like ages. Only 1 employee I see that works here constantly greets me the rest are minding their business.

There was an extremely long line at the bank but I need cash for an emergency and instead of of giving me my money the bank teller Rhonda, decided to be nosy and go through my account looking into my personal business and then call her friend over to look as well. This was a breach of my personal information and completely inappropriate. I called corporate on her I hope she is fired!
