I actually skip the Smoothie King closest to my job to go to this one. The customer service is superb. Super friendly and fast. I have a great experience every time I go. My order has never been wrong and the açaí bowls you receive, actually look like the picture advertised. Tayron usually does my orders and he never misses. This is my go to store.

My debit card number got stolen and used here, and nobody would pick up the phone. I live in a totally different state.Sent an email, called a handful more times, no responses. Shameful.

They allow scamers to buy from their store and won't answer the phone.

Quick bite for lunch, we both got Açaí bowls and they were on point hit the spot! The two gentlemen were very nice and efficient will definitely be back! He even looked out with asking about the app and saved me $4 yay!

I gave it 4 stars because they are good and addicting BUT unfortunately strawberries were missing from our açaí bowls which was the main reason we picked the Bee Berry Sting. Hopefully we can get accommodated next time.

It’s been hit or miss every time. But more often than not, my order is incorrect. And even when ordering ahead on the app, my order is not ready when I get to the store.

I love coming to this location with the kids. The store smells fresh and clean. We always stop by after shopping at the center. We are currently addicted to the Smoothie Bowl, my favorite is Acai. My kids and I use to come by for Smoothie before but now we always stop by to grab the bowl as well. I will highly recommend this location to anyone looking for clean and healthy Smoothies. The staff is friendly and always make the guest feel welcomed. I will be certainly coming back.

Arrived at 7:45 to a locked door with the staff shaking their head that they're closed when they do NOT close until 8. I showed them my phone and time and they refused to service me. Terrible experience

Highly disappointed that NO ONE answers the phone at the Woodmore location.I arrived at 8:45pm last night to find the doors locked... lights on and the worker refusing to acknowledge me at the door. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE!!!!
