“I had to come in to pay for a unit and i was running behind schedule. I was pushing it close to closing @ 6pm. My GPS's ETA read 5:56pm. so i called ahead and reached the store Manager Donald, who by the way did an excellent job. I asked if he didn't mind waiting for me as i didn't know how traffic was going to treat me. He said of course. I arrived @5:55pm & Donald checked me out within minutes. & showed me to my unit even tho at that point he was technically off. Thank you Donald for your professionalism. The facility was clean, and they had enough carts. ??? Which is a first for me. Carts are normally scarce at storage facilities.”

At College Park ExtraSpace storage facility, I got great help from Curt and Apri [sp?].
I first went to the facility and was helped by Apri. I knew, and informed her, that I would not rent a storage space that day. I was just looking for information about the facility and units. She was a great help: well informed. I knew that it was very likely I would return to rent a storage space at College Park facility.
A week later, I returned to rent a storage space. Great help, good explanations from Curt. Curt patiently helped me to look at several different storage areas before I chose one. Like Apri, personable and well informed.
Two great reps for ExtraSpace. I will certainly recommend the College Park facility to anyone looking for a storage space.

“This was my first time renting a locker so I called the 888 number to have all my questions answered. First I spoke to Amy and then I spoke to Kimbery. Both ladies were very helpful, professionals and knowledgeable about the rentals. Kim was even able to get me a military discount when I mentioned I was a dependent. After she emailed my contract, all I needed was a passcode to move in. I arrived on a Saturday around 9:30am, since they opened at 9am. I was disappointed that thr door was locked and there was sign stating their return at 10am. Once Tanisha arrived, we reviewed my contract and I was given an access code. She answered all my questions about how to get to my unit and getting reimbursed since I bought my own lock. There were dollies available to use and that made my move-in quick. I had a great overall experience and glad to chose to rent at this location.”

“Ebony was amazing!! I made a reservation online. I personally wanted to see the unit so I completed it in person rather than over the phone. When I arrived, the unit was perfect and the process was seamless. Clean, great temperature for my memorabilia and furniture, very secure! Ebony was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She has a great attitude which is always a plus in customer service!”

“The initial offer price was great, so I signed up. The facility is safe and clean. I kept my furniture there for months without any coverage and it was in great shape when I moved out without any damage or termite. The manager is a very good, honest woman named Tiffanne. She was quick to refund the extra payment that I had made by mistake after moving out. The only issue with Extra Space is that they keep increasing the rent every 6 months without informing you. So read your contract terms carefully. I am not sure if other storage companies also do that. Maybe they all do. But if you are looking for a short-term contract I think it's great value for money.”
