DO NOT GO TO HOLLY WOOD NAILS!!!
They just want our money, and they don’t care about how they get it!!!
I have to blame myself for this. I’ve been going to HOLLYWOOD NAILS, for a while and several times I was not satisfied. I may have said something but for the most part, I just accepted the disrespectful treatment. Why??? Look at the location where the shop is…
I STRONGLY AGREE WITH Shara Smith. (Ms. Smith) we need to talk and do something about this so called business!!!
We need to STOP SUPPORTING BUSINESSES LIKE HOLLYWOOD NAILS!!! I don’t know what they think, but I believe they think we are in a poor area and they can treat us any way, and I believe they don’t care.
I GOT MY LASHES DONE. Lisa, the wife of Tom, (who I believe is the owner) did my lashes. She gave me a hand fan. She told me to hold it in case I have any burning. Why would I have BURNING, if everything was done right???
I thought my eyes would stop burning but, they burned every day, the burning did not stop!!!
I went back to the store and told Lisa, the mother, and her husband Tom, I also spoke with one of the daughters. The man Tom, was so RUDE!!!
He waved me off. He told me to go and talk to the manager. I bet he’s the manager!!! I was trying to talk calmly to Lisa, his wife. She had an attitude, she wasn’t trying to hear anything I said.
I was very disappointed and unsatisfied with what they did to me!!! I asked for a refund. It was not a lot that I paid but it was the principle of the situation. What GOOD business, does not give a refund when the customer is not satisfied.
Mind you, I’ve been going there for at least 10 years, faithful customer. HOLLYWOOD NAILS, IN DODGE PARK… put something on my eyes to make them burn like crazy. I could not even open my eyes unless I put cold water on them. And they refused to give me a refund!!! Now a Decent Business, who cares about their customers, would have given a refund.
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE IN THIS COMMUNITY. They think we are poor and will take any treatment they give us. Sadly, I was doing that for years!!!
PLEASE…BE CAREFUL!!! Find a business that gives you respect!!! DO NOT GIVE HOLLYWOOD NAILS YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Would've been five stars rating. 1. I disliked how fast the boss was rushing, got cut twice. Nails aren't the same size. 2. I had gotten black French tips, I didn't realized that in the sunlight it looks faded like he should've put another coat on. 3. Man stole a tip from my card not seeing that I was tipping him cash. I'm really disappointed with that.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!Very rude, unprofessional and Terrible customer service. I come from London, decided to do my nails in this saloon as it was close to where I am. Did my nails on the 16/11/23 and by the 22/11/23 I had about 4nails fall off, I had to use a nail vanish to cover up for thanksgiving smh! By the 24th I had just two nails left. I called them to complain about it and got told ‘you don’t know how to keep your nails’ the audacity and disrespect! I have been doing nails for over 5yrs and never had nails falls in at least 3weeks. These people are scams, they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS, AVOID!!!

Daughter and her friend went here twiceRude customer service nail quality is POOR they said because she washes her hands too much is why it’s coming off. She recently came on Saturday last week nails came off on Tuesday..we are here and THEY SPEAK IN THEIR LANGUAGE but they all have rude service and attempted to charge her to place on her nails that came off. have been getting compliments about my eyebrows and lashes. My LASHES I REPEAT MY LASHES IS STILL ON! And like new just like the picture it's been 3 weeks I love how she took her time doing my lashes and eyebrows. I gave her a nice 10 tip she was amazing and she did my eyebrows EXACTLY how I told her I wanted to be. I also let my brows grow out for like 3 months so it was worth it. She did that??? thank you give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the lady so sorry don't know her name.but she is tatted uuuuup ?

I got a gel pedicure on my toes, he did a terrible job. He didn’t clean my cuticles well. He missed parts of my toes filed it horribly, got the polish all over my skin and put oil before the polish !!! it peeled in hours. The next day it’s all messed up. $40 and tipped him $5 smh DO NOT GET GEL PEDICURES! I’m never going back! It was clean and they were nice so 2 stars but can’t do a simple white gel pedicure.

horrible customer service! Do not go here! I had my nails done on 4/30/2023 and they were clearly not done right with acrylic not reaching my cuticles and you can see my natural nail but the only option they gave me to fix them was to file them more. The next day they already looked two weeks old! I’m back on 5/3/2023 They are clearly lifting up to half way up my nail and they are telling me it’s because of washing my hands and the only thing they will do is put glue under it. Crazy! I have never seen people that care less. I would give zero stars if I could!!!!
