The worst customer service experience. Played Scratch off in there lottery machine spent over $100 .spent my last $5 and bought a $5 ticket and won back $20 so I went to the line to cash in there was one customer .So I waited my turn so I thought !hear come another customer left and another one left and another one.so I said can I cash my ticket u waited on 4 customer and I'm one to he said lottery always come second so u left
