Our experience with Bookkeeping By Blanche was incredible. We always dread tax season, because it seems super overwhelming and expensive, but we are so relieved we found someone that truly cares about you and your experience. Everyone in the front office is so kind, and Christina Nelson was incredible. We couldn't be more grateful for her help this year in filing our taxes. We'll be back next year, for sure!

I reached out to Bookkeeping By Blanche and made an appt specifically for Estates. When I arrived, the consultant could not see me and had passed me off to another tax preparer who did not have the expertise I needed. While this other tax preparer was courteous and wrote down the questions I had, when she called with responses, it was confusing and I feel that they did not answer my questions. I should have been asked if I wanted to re-schedule before I took time off of work and drove an hour. I called them back several months later to see about another consult and while they returned my initial phone call, they never called me back to schedule. Poor customer service.

They refuse to process electronic payments. I loath the time of they year that I get my HOA dues from them and have to rummage for stamps, envelopes and my checkbooks, or miss opening their letter in time, or dont get to mailing out my check in time. Inexpressibly infuriating.

Some of the worse service I’ve ever had. It’s bad enough they didn’t file my taxes for (2) years but now that the IRS penalties/interest are here, nobody will return my calls or emails. I’ve been dealing with Claire D., Steve D, Pria, and an office manager named Dawn I believe… if you’re looking for anything outside of payroll, you could be wasting your time
