I bring my car to Willard’s for regular maintenance and they’ve always been reasonably priced and professional. They went above and beyond for me today. I needed an urgent same-day repair and they told me they’d do their best to squeeze me in. They called me a few hours later with a price quote and a couple hours after that to tell me my car was ready for pickup! 10/10 recommend!

Drove up from Texas for a wedding, had wheel bearing issues, called to see when I could have it looked at, Ken ordered the part and had it there before I got there, and had it swapped out and back on the road in an hour! Customer service is always above and beyond! Highly recommended!

This company right here…. Is what ALL auto mechanic shops should be like…!… WOW WOW WOW I wish they had a 100 option on here. My family & I were driving home from Ocean City it was Monday around 11am give or take, when I heard a knocking sound that was to loud to ignore I had to pull over! I googled for a shop thank goodness I found these guys. Not only did they get me in right away, they accommodated my entire family and made sure we were all comfortable. That was just the beginning. I had catastrophic issues going on, My wheel was coming off it was a domino effect that I’ve been dealing with for months and no one can figure out what the issue is. At this point it was a parent with the issue is because it was coming apart at this point. These guys were very honest and gave me great prices, very honest & dependable shop. I was back within 24 hours to pick up my truck go as new! Best of all they did not break the bank! HONEST ?!!!

Willard's saved our vacation! On our family's way home to Pennsylvania from the Delaware beaches, we discovered our vehicle's engine had a major oil leak that made it unsafe to drive. Thanks to Erica at the Napa Auto Parts store in town, Willard's generously squeezed us in on a busy Friday afternoon. They quickly found the problem, fixed it, and we were on way to our final destination with plenty of time to spare. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and high-quality work! (They even cleaned off all the leaked oil that was stuck underneath the vehicle.)

Could not recommend or thank them more. My truck broke down on my way to Ocean City. I called them and even though they were busy, they squeezed me in, replaced my water pump and had me back on my trip all in about three hours. Thank you very much!!

This place is the best. I was on my way to West Virginia from Delaware and my car broke down right around the corner we called Willard’s and the owner was right there to get us got us in the shop and fixed our car and got us back on the road they are very kind and they actually care about the customers thanks again y’all for helping us

They're a good and honest shop. They won't quote an expensive repair if it isn't necessary. We've been bringing our vehicles to them for over 5 years, and they've always provided prompt and friendly service. They're a shop I'd have my wife go to, and be confident they will talk to her the same way they talk to me.

The guys at Willard’s are efficient, accurate, and provide excellent value and customer service. They diagnose a problem better than competitors in the area I tried that were just a little closer to home. Drop off was a smooth process, taking all my contact info and keys each time.
