Backyard Billy's installed a gas insert fireplace and did a great job. Their installer Brian is a polite and professional guy that went out of his way for me. Pretty happy with my fireplace.

Great service and lots of selection. Rachel was on her way into her shift when she stopped to help us as we perused outside. She was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy.Our only suggestion is clear signage for where patrons should - and shouldn't - park.

We bought 2 outdoor chairs to match the ones we already have. Rachel and Colby have been so informative and helpful! From the ordering to them delivering! There was one small detail left out, it was corrected immediately and the part dropped off in days. Their prices were cheaper than anyone in the area and friendly.
