They don’t call back when they say. They don’t keep you updated. I’ve been waiting 8 months for some damn parts, my car is still bent out of shape.

My car broke down near Grantsville. It was taken to this shop. That was 6 months ago. $6000 later--- I still do not have my car back!!! I live in Indiana. They are not answering the phone and I don't know if my car is still there. I am 73 years old and this is unbelievable.

My car broke down over weekend and Tom determined the issue- water pump and fix it at a fair price on a Monday. Sherry helped me think of alternatives if the worst case scenario fix was needed- head gasket. Great customer service!

My car arrived there May 30 for a diagnostic for a warranty claim. Simple right..months later August 25, I had to have to have my car moved to another auto shop (the new auto repair shop diagnosed it within a few hours after it arriving). T and k wouldn't answer my calls , They wouldn't even answer ten or more people at the warranty company when they would reach out.When they would answer the phone I was told false information ( Toms talking to the warranty company, they are figuring it out , we are in touch with your warranty company, tom will call you back ASAP... Lies!) . I gave them plenty of time and they were made aware multiple times that it was important for me to have the car fixed asap or know what's wrong asap because I was welcoming a baby and needed my vehicle. It was critical time in my life when I needed my vehicle most and I explained that to them every time I eventually got them on the phone . The women who answers the phone was really nice and would even ask me how the baby was doing , and give me the same response , that Tom would call me back, or toms on a part run. I called them almost every day to find answers. It was to the point my calls I'm sure we're being screened. Tom never called. I had to physically go to t and k , because my warranty company requested I do so because no one was contacting them back or answering their calls either. My mom took me there to finally get Tom's attention and figure it out! More lies later he let me take my car and I had to have it moved... They never said sorry , and played the victim card and hid in the corner with their tail between their legs. No answers, just a frustrated Tom and the run around. I'm truly a genuine kind and nice person , I typically wouldn't write a bad review, but I felt the need to let people know that this shop isn't a place to take your vehicle for a warranty claim. I can't answer to any other kind of work they do, but warranty stuff is not working out for them.

Had my gfs car motor replaced here and was told by the insurance that replacement was covered. That I had no outta pocket expense. And was even told when we dropped the car of that if any expenses was gonna occur they would call us. Got a call from a guy named Tom about replacing two bearing in my clutch as they was putting new motor in and nothing about any other cost. So she called to go pick up her car and he gave her a bill for 850$ and they replaced it with a used motor but wouldn't give her any details on the motor such as mileage. And it's not even a week now and the car started leaking oil again with the motor they replaced. But they did give her a 1yr 10,000mile warranty on the used motor and that is the warranty from the shop not from the insurance so am a Lil surprised about that

I was in the middle of a 5 hour trip to visit family when a couple of ignition coils in my VW’s engine failed. I pulled off on the Grantsville exit and began searching for a nearby VW dealership online. There isn’t one. I limped my car over to T&K and they had me back on the road in just over an hour. The price and service were fantastic. THANK YOU!

My wife and I broke down on the way to DC from Ohio. They fit us in for repairs the next day and ordered the part we needed. Needless to say we had to spend the night in The Casselman Inn (the food was great). The next day T&K had the car picked up and dropped back off to our hotel. They had us on the road right after breakfast. We are forever grateful!!

I was broke down on the interstate and when I called them they immediately got me in.. they fixed my truck in no time and didn't charge me an outrageous amount .. extremely pleased and would recommend everyone to come here!!
