This use to be a nice center when it opened. It seems as if this place is going down hill. I couldn't receive help with a diesel pump, and the powder for the hot chocolate wasn't filled. Team members had enough time to stand around and talk though. I made sure to thank them on my way out. I'll start doing business across the street.

We were traveling from West Virginia home to Winfield MD in a pickup loaded with a garden tractor when we had a tire slowly losing air. The air hose in the passenger vehicle parking lot was damaged and wouldn't work. The cashier said we could use the air hoses by the diesel pumps.

The bathrooms were really clean, tons of great selections from ground to brew organic coffee to natural spring water to unsweetened tea... These are things that are often hard to find when I'm traveling which I'm doing about 200 days a year! The service was really friendly and as you can see in the photos they really taking care to make this way more than "just a truckstop". LOVE THE PRETTY FLOWERS! and let's be honest the views are pretty nice too! I'm definitely saving this pilot truckstop in my Google maps for my next cross country trip.

I pull a flatbed, and get pretty dirty on a regular basis...today was no exception. I wanted to get a shower, but my card wasn't working. The ladies at the fuel desk tried a few times to get it work to no avail. I believe the name of the Mgr. on shift was Miss Sierra. She hooked this tired driver up with a clean, hot shower. Thank you ladies.
