Store is very clean! Owner stocks a wide variety to meet almost your every need. He is also a musical genius. Get him to play the keyboard with or without singing. He serves meals and can put you up for the night in very comfortable surroundings. Sells gas, diesel and has RV hookups. A++

Locally owned, useful for camping necessities. The owner was singing and playing Redemption Song on the keyboard when I walked in, he stopped to help me but I enjoyed his playing so much I asked him to finish the song.

Vegan Soft Serve!!! Vegan soft serve is Vanilla and Chocolate. They also have regular hard pack ice cream, basic camping supplies to include some food and what not. The owner was knowledgeable of the area and it's a pretty interesting place. I will be back for more ice cream for sure!!

We stopped by on our way through when we saw vegan soft serve icecream on the sign. We passed the place and had to turn around to try it. The flavor is great. It comes in both chocolate and vanilla. The store had a nice atmosphere and the owner was very nice.

I've made two trips a year to Deep Creek Lake the last three years, driving in the long way so you have to drive by all the local business on the way in. This year a friend suggested I take the short way in,#219 North then New Germany Road.No traffic Lights,no fast food traffic,etc. and I was surprised to see this Country store, which, lucky for me, sold gas. And so much more, I was really shocked to see Beer,,Wine,fire wood and of all things, vegan Ice cream, which was great.I ended up eating a Belgian waffle, eggs, sausage, coffee and juice breakfast.. One hell of a lot better than Burger King !!I also bought a very nice imprinted T-shirt for my wife.

Since Mr. Howe sold it, it's not the same $3 for a flavor burst soft serve 2 bites of ice cream and stale cones will never stop again!
