When we needed a second, I thought I messed it up so I stopped in to talk to Kelly. She had already cleaned up my mistakes and had the second unit ready. “I called public storage today and from the minute India answered the phone she was patient and professional. I came into the office and she quickly showed me both units today. She answered all of my questions! And I was able to purchase a unit. Honestly , I’m so indecisive and had it not been for India I might’ve still been left with questions or unsure about things but she is amazing! I know this is a long review but this is the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time better yet the best customer services ever. She’s also great at multi tasking. “From start to finish the people at Orley were great. Liz was super helpful on the admin side and the guys who did the move were super- courteous, helpful, professional, and did they hustle! This was not an easy move, it had to be done in phases. Some of the items were large, bulky and very heavy. We all thought they weren't going to get the items where we wanted them, and just when we thought it wasn't possible, they found a way. As is typical with any move, there was some minor nicks in the walls (I was surprised that's all we had given what they had to move in and where they had to put it). I called Liz and she promptly sent Angel out who did a great job of repairs/touch up. In short, I really could not expect a better experience than what I had with Orley. I highly recommend them, and I can guaranty you that if I am every crazy enough to move again, it would only be with Orley!”

“This morning (08-05-23) I had a reservation for a storage unit at 9742 Reisterstown Rd. The Manager Tierra was extremely professional, polite, friendly and courteous. Tierra walked me through the rental process with ease. After finishing the paperwork Tierra took time out to walk me to my unit and explaining to me all of what I needed to know to access my unit.
