“Been renting here for close to 10 years, sad Brandon left but happy atleast Mikes still there. Property cleanliness and customer service service has always been consistent with those 2. Would recommend, especially the climate controlled units, EZ pay, and insurance just in case. But whatever you get, it's still better than a lot of other places. Also most of the bad reviews on here are from or for Extra Spaces competitors, I only know because there's a small community of us here daily and they don't rent here. 2024 update the gate was broke for a few weeks, not the companies fault, but I wish the company they use for the gate would have fixed it sooner.”
“What a wonderful experience renting a unit with buddy at the main desk. He walked me thru all the steps start to finish to ensure I understood how everything works, the hours of operation And took the time to show me what my unit would look like. Very spacious and seemed bigger then expected. Buddy was very happy, upbeat and pleasant to speak to. I'm very pleased to be renting from public storage in westminster and if you need any help buddy is your guy! All around great experience and great customer service !”

I called up the location and talked to the manager Terri and she was incredibly helpful and fast and efficient. I really appreciate her help and her due diligence and solving this matter.”

“Moved from MD to NYC. Did some market research and ORLY provided the best price. Liz was incredibly communicative and offered flexible storage and delivery options for my small move. She was also responsive over phone, text, or email. The movers that came on site were very professional. With the logistical challenge this is moving to NYC, Orly was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend them to those looking for moving/storage services on the East Coast!”

Easy access because I don’t have to worry about an elevator and pulling those carts. I can just pull right up to my storage unit unlock and place my things inside. Perfect! I just booked another storage unit with them today but a smaller one.”
