“I've heard a lot about this place from my friends. I'm fairly new to this area and wanted to give this place a try before entrusting all of my vehicles to them. This is just my initial impression and I'll keep updating my comment with each service. I took my Chrysler 300 for oil/filter change, tire rotation which I had mentioned through their online appointment comments section.
They definitely did what I had asked for and made sure the vehicle was returned to me without any visible marks or scratches. They constantly communicated through text prior to my appointment and kept reminding me about it which was great.
On the day of, when I went in for the appointment, based on my past great experiences with other workshops, I had expected them to explain clearly what would be done when I dropped my car with them. The responses came in quite short and I had to literally ask them what they would do. It isn't a big deal, as I'm not there to exchange pleasantries. But, as a customer it would help me feel comfortable with entrusting my vehicle to them. That would be my suggestion moving forward. They were very courteous when I went to pick up the car. Again, I had to ask them what they did even though it may be unnecessary for them to explain. Maybe that's just me trying to be obsessed with clear communication or my involuntary expectation based on their prompt text communication prior to the appointment. One other suggestion would be the speed of service. I've never had to wait almost a whole day just for oil/filter change with tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle around 8am and only heard back around 4pm. Needless to say, these are minor nitpicky concerns.
POSITIVES: They did a thorough inspection of the car and suggested additional items that may need attention soon. I was even sent a link with a picture and description by the mechanic who serviced the vehicle. MUCH APPRECIATED.
Overall, it was a good experience and I feel I could trust my vehicles with Town and Country Auto Repair in Eldersburg. Thank you!”

When the work was finished and done I was not informed that valve cover bolts might loosen up when the engine heats up and might need to be torqued again. A phone call was made, and the problem was rectified quickly.I would recommend these folks to anyone. Just make sure you ask the right questions and explain what you need done. They're busy just like we all are.Very satisfied customer.”

“This Mr.Tire is under new management. My car was seen quickly since it was giving me problems stalling while driving. The mechanic was knowledgeable and did a great job at replacing my AC compressor since it had completely locked up. Only thing is their recharge machine was down so I still have no AC but at least my car is safe to drive which is the most important. I really appreciate mr. “Very pleased!! I woke up to a flat tire on a Saturday, had much to do with two kids. I had a donut in the trunk so I called AAA to put the donut on, then ran a couple time sensitive errands only to google tire shops that were all closed!! Either closed for the weekend or already closed for the day. It was only 1pm, so I found JC Used Tires and thought a used tire would be okay because it's cheaper, I hadn't budgeted to buy a new tire that day anyway. It was hot, I was stressed and the kids were hungry and grumpy. We pulled up and Jamie came out, saw the donut, looked at the other tires, said to give him a moment, came back and lifted the car (he told us to stay inside since it was hot, which felt like a huge blessing), changed the tire and we were done in less than 10 minutes, it felt more like 5!He was so kind, so quick and the whole ordeal was a pleasure (much to my surprise). The cost was VERY reasonable. The tire looks great! The car drives great! I am go very grateful and I will definitely return and give a great review! Definitely give him your business!!”
