Restoration Roofing is a great choice for you and your roof. Jose was very professional and patient in explaining things regarding all that his company offers. His team were also very patient as I followed up with many questions after our initial estimate visit. His installer team did a very good job starting exactly on time and did a very good job with the install. They place tarps everywhere to make sure nothing gets damaged and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Restoration Roofing is definitely a quality company.

Like every other reviewer, I would highly recommend Restoration Roofing. We needed a repair and they had our roof fully repaired within 24 hours of me contacting them. It was a small job and a lot of roofers won't even come out and 'waste their time' on such a small repair. He was very thorough and professional!

I just went thru process of getting 4 estimates to replace my roof. Out of the 4, Restoration Roofing was the most professional and responsive. Price wise their estimate was inline with 3 of the 4. The estimate for one company out of the 4 was almost 3 times the price as the others. Restoration provided me with locations of homes they had worked on in the area that had the type of shingle we were interested in. It was nice to see the actual shingle we chose on a house and not in a book. They were able to accommodate my accelerated schedule and completed the job in under 8 hours. They were fast and did a great job cleaning up the job site when complete. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and plan to use them on my screened in porch project we are starting soon.

Excellent from start to finish! Jose had a professional presentation and his crew was knowledgeable and experienced. The crew left the yard in better shape than when they arrived. The roof looks great. In addition, RR did a small gutter job. They special ordered the precise color of an old gutter. I highly recommend their services.

Restoration Roofing Company just completed our roof and gutters replacement project. They were very quick to respond to our request for an estimate and Jose came to the house in a few days, fully prepared, and gave us a complete and thorough quote in less than 30 minutes. The work was done very quickly, very thoroughly, and with a large crew. Jose was also able to take care of some things we were concerned about that he easily included in the work order, such as venting our upstairs bathroom out of the attic, and those items were also handled nicely as well. By the end of the morning, we had a new roof and the yard was so clean you would never even know the crew had been there! Restoration Roofing was not our lowest quote, but it was very reasonable for the value and we really appreciated the long, transferable warranty we received and Jose's personal touch. We didn't even hesitate to go with this company after talking to Jose. Highly recommend!!!

Restoration Roofing completed a roof replacement on our home. Working with José and Kyndal (in the office) was truly wonderful. Replacing a roof can be a very stressful experience. They both made this process easy and comfortable. They were professional, answered all of my questions fully and promptly. The team that did the work was pleasant and quick. They finished the job in less time than estimated and cleaned up everything very thoroughly before leaving. The only thing I would change is to have the foreman introduce himself before starting work (minor point). José sent us pictures of our new roof and it looks great. A few years overdue, I did the tested and true research, getting four estimates, only from roofers who were highly rated on Yelp. I have been battling two leaks, one on each side of the house where we added an addition in 2006. Jose, the owner at Restoration Roofing, was able to squeeze me in and visited me the same day I requested the estimate on Yelp while the others responded and came in a day or two. Jose arrived early for our appointment and flew a drone over the house, the other roofers relied on a company that specializes in providing sqft and other data to roofers. Jose was the only one who really impressed me and presented me with a beautifully written, thorough, bulleted estimate describing all materials to be used per my preferences (e.g., Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles) before even leaving. Jose was friendly, professional and obviously knew residential roofing based on our half an hour or so together. The other roofers all got back with estimates in a day or two, which was fine - but Jose's estimate was the best-written, clear and concise but thorough, on a one-page form. Jose did not pressure me while I was waiting on the other roofers' estimates at all, when he left he just shook my hand and asked me to contact him if I had any other questions, in a warm and genuine way. The overall sense I had, combining all the Yelp reviews and my own interaction with Jose was that he is a genuine, friendly roofing expert. When the other estimates came in, I was happy to see Restoration Roofing's was among the lowest two for a lot of reasons. One reason was the pages and pages of stellar Yelp reviews from Yelpers who had solid Yelping history. Another was his communication and person skills. In addition, Jose's company is Certainteed Master Certified and Certainteed shingles, from my research, are great value and quality. In addition to a new roof and identification of the source of the leaks and repair/prevention and the upgraded shingles, I asked for new oversized gutters and downspouts, and pvc facia. When roofing day arrived, Santos, Josh and a crew seven others were right on time and were friendly and hard-working! I watched off and on as they did herculean work to remove the old roof, including replacing some of the rotted wood in need of replacement (see pic of one leak and damaged wood). They did a fine job, paying attention to detail and photographing their progress from their lofty perch, and at the job's completion Jose provided me with a link to over a hundred photos documenting the progress. I watched as the flashing, nailing, boot replacement... everything went flawlessly. And they did a great job cleaning up and did a couple extra things no charge, like resecuring soffit. I was confident when I selected Restoration Roofing over the other highly-rated roofers. A week and a half later, my roof is beautiful! All in all from appointment to estimate, to roofing, to gutters, to the photos and the price of the estimate holding true, it was a stellar experience and I can't thank them all enough for being so great at what each excels at.
