I wanted to congratulate you on the wonderful job you did on our roof. The look of the Belmont finished product is great. What I liked was how friendly, competent and responsible Santos, his son and your team were in getting the job done. They cleaned up each day without destroying any plants or inground sprinklers. All stuff was put away at the end of the day. I have no reservations about recommending you to anyone. Have them call me.

I would definitely recommend Restoration Roofing. They replaced our townhome roof and the roof to the garage.
They were the third company I had an estimate from. And while I thought the estimate was quite fair, I was particularly pleased with the lack of high pressure sales tactics and the thorough and clear explanation of the job and materials.
The crew that did the work did not disappoint. They came during the expected time slot, communication was clear, and the clean up afterwards was excellent. They were a pleasure to work with.
I also appreciated the photos of the completed work as, especially on the townhome roof, it is not easy to see the work myself.

My experience with Restoration Roofing was nothing short of wonderful! From the outset, Jose visited our residence to offer an estimate on our roof replacement and explained the entire procedure that Restoration Roofing would follow. His reassuring manner and thorough explanation made the decision to proceed an effortless one for both my husband and me. Additionally, Kyndal, the Administrative Assistant, was exceptionally supportive during the preparation phase. She went above and beyond by supplying us with addresses to view various roofing styles firsthand. On the scheduled day, the team arrived and conducted the roof replacement flawlessly, adhering to the plan. They even provided photographs detailing each stage of the replacement, allowing me to observe the extent of wood replacement required. I highly recommend Restoration Roofing! From start to finish we have been nothing but pleased with the work ethic of this company! Before meeting with Jose, owner of Restoration Roofing, we had two high-pressure roof consultations; Jose's approach was anything but! He was very straightforward and efficient and was able to schedule our roof replacement to start less than 2 weeks later. The work crew was amazing. Our new roof looks great! And perhaps best of all, there were no surprises - not with scheduling, execution, or final price. We would highly, highly recommend this company!

Jose and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Promptly did a drone examination of the roof, provided clear evidence of the condition, provided replacement options with their pros & cons. Scheduled and completed the work in real quick time. Overall, they were very knowledgeable, efficient, and delightful to work with. Highly recommended.

Jose and his team did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. The team did a nice install that looks fantastic and did a great job cleaning up after install was complete. Jose was SUPER helpful and responsive at all times - he was available by text at pretty much all times and immediately provided answers to my questions. It was a great experience and I am glad we went with Restoration Roofing Co.

I have dealt with many contractors over the years and Restoration Roofing Co stands out as one of the best that I’ve encountered. From initial consultation to completion, the process was smooth, transparent, and delivered as promised. I especially like that I received over 100 photos taken to show the progress over the course of the installation. I am very pleased with the final product and highly recommend this company.

Restoration roofing just replaced the roof, gutter, and skylight for my house. I called the company with a leak suspicion that ended up being a false alarm. Jose's review of the roof and consultation bought me a year to prepare myself financially. They didn't take advantage of me by saying I needed to replace it right away. Instead, they fixed few things to buy me time. His honesty and consideration sold me right away. After a year of preparation, I contacted him for the job. They came out and replaced everything by the date they promised. They were very professional, competent, efficient, and clean. They left the yard and the inside of the house the exact way they found it. I was very impressed by their professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. I am very pleased with the experience from beginning to end. I will recommend them to anyone who is in need of their service. Thank you, Jose!

Best contractor I've used. I would say, just call them, but here are the details.
I've been renovating houses in Maryland for 23 years. I've done over a 100 houses and in the process I've used A LOT of contractors. Jose and his team are fabulous.
Things to know:
No high pressure sales. Jose is genuinely interested in helping you with what you need.
Quality - They have the highest installer rating with Certainteed Shingle manufacturer. why is that important? well, first, you know they are trained to do it correctly and they actually send you a link to about 100 pictures that they take while they do your job so you can see that they did all the layers and materials that are required. Additionally, they had one gentleman whose sole responsibility was to clean up, all day, each day they were here. if you've ever removed a roof, there are A LOT of nails. hard to find them all. They did great.
Warranty - here's a major distinction. most roofers use GAF shingles. when you are a high ranked installer with GAF, they give you long warranty on the shingles, BUT it's a material warranty. usually the roofer provides their own labor warranty. With Certainteed, if you use a company like Restoration Roofing, Certainties will cover labor AND materials even if the installation was done incorrectly you are covered. why is that really important? Roofing is one of the biggest turn over specialties in contracting. the majority of roofing companies last under 5 years. I want the manufacture to stand behind the work.
lastly, you can learn a lot from the workers. many companies sub out the job or run their employees to death. Jose's guys worked very quickly, but I spent a good bit of time with them and they love working there. In fact, for the team that did my roof, the guy who had been with them the least amount of time had been there 13 years. that's unheard of. they went above and beyond and were happy to handle any requests I had.

I strongly recommend Restoration Roofing Co. for repairing or replacing your roof. I got three quotes from different companies, and theirs was reasonable. More important than that, Jose Interiano, the owner, explained everything clearly to us, what needs to be done and how long it will take, the choice of materials etc. He was also very pleasant and not pushy; also very responsive.
The work itself was done efficiently and without any fuss. The foreman was also very pleasant and communicative. Explained exactly what was going on and how much noise there would be, the different steps they would take, and the time it would take. The workplace was tidy and they cleaned after themselves quite thoroughly. The result was quite spectacular. One of the best contractors I have worked with.

I highly recommend Restoration Roofing. Their proposal was thorough. Their pricing was good. The crew showed up on-time and were very professional. They were courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up. They finished the job in one day. I am happy that I selected them.
