I got a pedicure and a set of acrylics on my visit there just to kinda treat myself before prom. The pedicure was wonderful, but they gave me one of the most expensive treatments when I just asked for a regular pedicure. My acrylics were okay, I asked for a simple french tip set, but they were super bumpy, not the shape I wanted, and the french was really messy. I loved my nail lady, but as soon as I got home, I filed off the design and repainted them using my own products. I had fun while I was there, but the results weren’t the best.

Terrible customer service! I had to wait while the woman who was going to do my nails was angrily talking on the phone then turned and said someone else is helping and left without explanation. I was told to sit in one chair then asked to move again and again. Another woman came but wouldn’t say a word to me when I tried speaking with her. She was annoyed and rude. She didn’t want to do a nice manicure and left me with awful looking nails. They were expensive too. I don’t even want to return to have them fix it. Will never go back!

I would give no stars if I could.
Had an appointment and still waited over 40 mins to get waited on. The lady who did my nails is talking and on her phone the ENTIRE time I was there. Needed 2 nails fixed that broke, was there last week and will certainly not be coming back. If you need a good spot to get your nails done go to Thaos instead in Marriottsville; they’re awesome

Saw a salon on my way home and decided to stop in for a quick pedicure. I have been here for about 2 hours. I have never had a pedicure take 2 hours. It wasn't worth the money I paid. The experience and service weren’t there. Given the area and the service I received, I am not surprised, but I wanted not to be biased and not pass judgment. All white customers were asked about services and complimentary drinks before I was. I had been there for about 45 minutes prior to their arrival. I guess the receptionist realized how she skipped me and then asked moments later. Again, I am not surprised, but still. I will not be coming back. I have received better service, better prices, and a quick turnaround. 2 hours for a pedicure still confuses me.

Kathy is fantastic and my nails are always perfect when I leave. The salon is trendy and cute and they offer a ton of services besides nails.
