Blackstone delivered my dream kitchen. The remodel was no easy feat with removal of a load-bearing wall and reconfiguration of the cabinets, plumbing and gas to make best use of the space. I met with multiple contractors and selecting to work with Majida, Alp and the Blackstone Kitchen and Bath crew was the best decision I made. There were no unexpected costs added, they had great attention to detail when installing the cabinetry, they were always available to answer my questions, and the crew cleaned up after themselves every day and were friendly. It was a fantastic experience because of Blackstone Kitchen and Bath's white glove level of service.

We had a wonderful experience with Blackstone Kitchen and Bath while renovating our main bathroom suite. Khalid did a fantastic job with design consulting and performing 3D CAD "on the fly" while we were with him in the showroom going through design options. He was also very helpful with tile selection. Luis took over as project manager during the construction phase. I appreciated the fact he was on site often to check progress and was available by text and phone at any time. Roberto was the construction lead, and he not only performed work, but he also ensured the crew's performance, and they did top quality work. Through it all, Fatima, as the office manager, was also available to answer any questions. The crew showed up every day, and if there was a schedule change, they notified me. Everyone was kind, courteous and professional. Another key thing that stood out to me was the fact Blackstone was more interested with my job satisfaction than they were in invoicing me. I sometimes had to remind them to send me a milestone invoice. Satisfaction first - I appreciated that. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Blackstone.

This main floor reno was the third project with Blackstone (finish basement and converted loft to bedroom). They are easy to work with, great ideas for working around space issues and very dependable. The crew, lead by Jose, showed up every day on time, was flexible working with us in the home during construction and the work was well done. Obviously, third time in with this company, we trust their work. Well done choosing this team, Joe!

We had a huge kitchen remodel completed by Blackstone. The renovation involved tearing down walls, relocating plumbing, electrical and our appliances. It was an unbelievable amount of work, but we couldn't be happier with the end result. Our Project Manager, Alp, and his team are top-notch professionals. Our once average looking kitchen has been transformed into a show piece. Thank you Blackstone!

Total Bathroom redesign.
To the boss’s at Blackstone:
As a Project Manager of our bathroom redesign, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Luis and the Blackstone Team. This project involved, demolition of our Master bathroom and rebuilding it from the floor to ceiling. The team worked very clean and professional during the project and Luis was on top of the project before it began to completion.
From the beginning of the project Luis took a very proactive approach making sure we understood what was going what would take place during the project. By doing this he kept us informed on the daily events that the team was going to be performing. He would notify us by telephone, text and your application to keep us informed of material and activities.
This project from the beginning was predesigned in the show room with your company sales support team. There where items the sales team had coordinated with us to purchase for the project and a few of the items where actual bad ideas or there was a better solution. Luis and the team help point the areas that should be done differently and would make the project look and design look and work the bested for us on design and finish. Luis’ expertise helped bring the project to a better functionality and finish.
We highly recommend Luis and the team to perform this type of work for your customers in the future.

Blackstone recently completed our primary bath renovation and the entire process was seamless. Alp, Majida, and Luis were great to work with, and the crew was amazing and meticulously clean each day. The pictures speak for themselves! In fact we can't keep our tween/teen daughters out of our new space so we are already working on future projects. Thank you Blackstone for our beautiful new space!

Blackstone came out and turned my tiny, miserable bathroom into an absolute delight to be in. I am so proud to talk about it and everything turned out exactly how we had hoped. Alp was our guide through the entire process and helped keep our minds at ease whenever we had questions or concerns. They also hit their deadlines and in some cases finished tasks early. And again, if I needed anything I had a direct line to Alp. Alp was awesome and extremely patient.
As with any project, speed bumps sometimes happen (our first tub was cracked by the manufacturer, for example) but what's important is that the team at Blackstone was here to help ensure things worked out smoothly. They stand by their work and, honestly, they take the final result very seriously. This is a family owned business, not a soulless company, so the experience is very personal and the staff takes the work very personally.
I am happy I chose Blackstone and I can't wait to have them back to build a much needed pantry and freshen up our kitchen!

We hired Blackstone to renovate two, twenty three year old, bathrooms in our townhouse. We interviewed three home renovation businesses, but chose Blackstone due to their in house designers and workers. From start to finish, each of Blackstone’s team were knowledgeable and skilled in their area of expertise. Laura was assigned as our project manager. Professional, highly knowledgeable and extremely project focused, Laura guided us through design changes, supply chain problems and always stayed on top of every aspect of the build. When problems arose due to the original builders mistakes or code changes, Laura obtained all the facts and presented options for us to proceed. The crew chief, Walter, and his incredibly skilled crew did plumbing , dry wall, floor/wall tile, electrical and fixture installations to perfection. These two bathrooms were completely out of date and many construction difficulties were encountered during the renovation, but the Blackstone team turned each bathroom into modern, well designed bathrooms. Our family highly recommends Blackstone, especially Laura and Walter, to our neighbors and friends. This review will be updated in one year to let people how well the fixtures, workmanship and construction materials are holding up.

Blackstone has done three projects for us — a small custom vanity in a bathroom, a large bathroom remodel, and a large kitchen remodel. All three of these projects look fantastic. Walter and his team have excellent craftsmanship. Valerie has helped us design the spaces and helped us pick colors and textures that go beautifully together. To top it off, there is zero-interest financing if you need it! Finally, they were willing to make good on their warranty and fix a few things. I highly recommend Blackstone to my friends and family!

I am thrilled with the results of the bathroom remodel done by Blackstone Kitchen and Bath! We had them remove a bathtub and replace it with a walk in shower, remove a shower and replace it with a floor to ceiling cabinet, and replace all the countertops, cabinets and fixtures. We initially selected Blackstone because their price was competitive and because I liked the idea of being able to select everything in one place. I hate making decisions and Joseph, our Design Consultant, was very helpful to us when making decisions and putting everything together.
Our Project Manager, Luis, made sure everything ran smoothly. There was minimal disruption and he checked in frequently to be sure the work was flawless. When the shower tiles were installed, he noticed a small chip and had the tile replaced. I didn’t even notice the chip and this was no small feat because those tiles were big and heavy. The work team showed up everyday on time and cleaned everything outside the bathroom when they left.
The price of everything was very transparent. They use a website called Buildtrend that keeps track of everything that has been ordered, and the exact price of the finished project.
I smile every time I walk into our new bathroom. I can enthusiastically recommend Blackston Kitchen and Bath.

I have acted several times as a General Contractor on personal home improvement large projects, in New England and Florida. Blackstone Kitchen and Baths was brought in to remodel a master bath suite, two guests baths, and one laundry room area. My designs were used and materials and further suggestions were made by Joe, Fatima and staff. Joe and project managers kept on top of the trades and fulfilled the several items that needed tender loving care. We all know that a master bath happens to be a place where we spend much of our lives. Blackstone and team stayed on top of the work to make sure that the promises were fulfilled. I recommend these folks and promise their good communications to you for a successful completed job.
