Stopped at Car Doc for a new vehicle inspection and as a result found a couple of issues (one was new to me and I knew about the other).

1. Service time = same day , fast
2. Quality of work = high, knowledgeable. The solution provided repaired the issue presented (you need to state your expectations clear and precise).
3. Don’t expect a price reduction, even if there is cause (as a customer service courtesy).
Overall, I shared the same sentiments as some other reviewers for TG A. Vs dealership prices. However, I quoted some of the work done and TG A came out slightly better, but always do your homework and shop around before making a decision.”
“I had an issue with one of my tires it was low on Tuesday, then had no issue the whole day, then the next morning, it was low again. I was leaving for vacation on Friday, so it was an issue I needed to address.
I made an appointment online. There was a scheduling issue, no fault of the people at Mr. Tire. The assistant ( sorry, I don't remember his name) Manger called me right after making the appointment to let me know they unfortunately didn't have any evening appointments but was able to fit me in. The Assistant Manger and the service tech were absolutely awesome, got me in and and out, and got the problem fixed. Employees are so AMAZING. Super friendly and great customer service.”
