I've been going for years. I pay 45 monthly. The past few months the service hasn't been good, they are always short staff, so it takes about 40 mi, just for a carwash. Also, because they are rushing, they don't do a good job. The front of the car is NEVER wiped I always have to ask. Also, they don't wipe down the console. I plan to cancel my service.

I have been a customer of Pirates Car Wash for several years. The staff are very friendly and thorough. I have a monthly contract and I am very satisfied with the services covered under my selected plan. I have nothing but praise for all Pirates Car Wash staff!

The prices are reasonable. However, their outdated equipment will scratch the paint on your car, and they need to adhere to the hours of operation listed consistently.Services: Auto detailing

This car wash is awful. Awful customer service. Impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone. Terrible system for getting cars in and out efficiently. The hours are not flexible at all. Their staff lacks attention to details and when you point out something missed, they give an attitude. Would not recommend this car wash.

I usually enjoy the service here, but I see that on busy days they can be a bit careless. They send so many cars through the wash without time in between; I almost hit the car in front of me and the car behind me actually did hit me. The damage was pretty minor, but it’s dangerous considering the exit is on a hill. Considering not coming again

Needs improvement as far as getting vehicles properly cleaned, vacuumed, and windows. Missed a lot with mine, I know it gets crazy busy but hire more people get more vacuums installed (you have the room) and you can due more with 2-3 workers per vehicle doing 4-6 vehicles at a time.It's possible, I've seen it...

The end results were decent, but the process was very confusing. It wasn't clear what Lane you're supposed to be in, and when I got in the car wash Lane that process was beyond confusing. Two guys come up and start spraying the car before I could even roll up my windows. Then i was motioned to go through the automatic car wash without being told to put your car in neutral. Then at the exit of the automatic car wash two women stopped me so they could hand dry my car. That was a problem because the car behind me was exiting the auto car wash and started honking because they were afraid the auto car wash was going to push them into mine.The end of the car wash is set up where you exit the property, however, if you paid for the service for vacuuming, you have to go back and reenter the business. Once you get to the area where the vacuum the car, no one tells you what you're supposed to do or ask you to get out of the car they just walk up to you open the doors and start vacuuming. I was very confused and exit the vehicle with the car still on while they were vacuuming and cleaning my vehicle. I tried asking one of the workers a question, but she told me she did not speak english. I think if I had been more fluent in Spanish these confusion would have not been there, but since I'm not fluent in Spanish I was very confused with the process. However, now that I understand what's supposed to happen through the entire experience, I think the process could go more smoothly.The end result was the interior of my car was done very well. The exterior needed more attention paid to certain areas of the vehicle. Since they did not hand wash the car a lot of spots were missed. However, I'm guessing the reason why there wasn't much hand washing was due to the 29° weather that we had on the day I went. That said, I do plan on going again to see how the experience will be the next time.

WARNING: STOP SUPPORTING PIRATES!!! MY BRAND NEW CAR WHEELS WERE DAMAGED &MANAGER DOESNT CARE OR CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS !I have a brand new sedan, when pulling up for a car wash i heard a thump. I thought nothing of it until i saw it later that afternoon. I didn’t go anywhere else that day so i knew it couldn’t have been me or someone “hitting my wheel” which Wendy (front desk implied). When I went to Pirates , I spoke to Wendy if I can speak with a manager and she wanted me to tell her everything before speaking to him … so I did! she didn’t believe me asked and asked the man who sprays your car before you go into the car wash if what I’m saying is possible, he agreed! Wendy said “okay I will contact him and see what he says or what he can do” I left my name, phone, number, and monthly membership number. Didn’t hear back for 3 days so i went back to pirates and Wendy said “oh he said no one else has brought this concern so he can’t believe me” i told her why she didn’t call me and i would like to speak to him directly. Wendy supposedly called him and he said HE ISN’T SPEAKING TO ME that I can communicate with him through email. Sent an email a week ago and haven’t heard anything!!!! To me this says a lot about his customer service! I shared this with all my family and friends who go there and they will stop going! And some mentioned having issues with their services too! BTW the blue “protector” isn't rubber its WOOD!

They washed the car pretty good & was quick. The lady gave me a hard time about Groupon expiring but she honored it anyway. She tried to charge me more money but I explained that due to COVID, I didn't feel comfortable going to car washes. I didn't know you could request extension from Groupon. Now, I know.

I was going to this car wash for the last couple of years and had a automatic payment plan. When Covid hit, I cancelled one of my car services and only had one car on my plan. Due to Covid, this place was closed which is understandable. I noticed my statement which they added an additional car service on my plan without my consent! I contact the manager and he removed it but without returned of funds. I asked for proof and the manager stopped all communication with me. They are also taking out automatic payments twice a month instead of once a month. I sent another email regarding this situation and I am cancelling my service with these people. They do not have a standard day to charge you which they did prior to Covid. I do not know if they changed management, however BUYERS BE AWARE!! CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS!!! The workers are there are great and do a good job but management is HORRIBLE. You can go and get your car washed DO NOT GET A PLAN!!! Bad customer service!!
