“This is by far one of the best PetSmart locations in the area. This store is always so tidy, well stocked, and has the most helpful staff I have encountered in a long time. When I am up this way shopping I make it a point to stop here for my pet needs. My cat currently has a litter box that takes a certain type of litter and can only use that type. Most places are either out of it or do not stock it. Each time I come here, they not only have it, but they have more than one bag on the shelf. Checking out is a breeze here as well as the staff run it smoothly and get the customers taken care of as fast as they can. Each visit and interaction I have had with them has made me want to come back here.”
“Today was my first time visiting Chichie's. It's Christmas weekend and she was able to squeeze us in for an appointment in the middle of the day, last minute. Talking to the owner, she's very nice and welcoming! She made the experience feel tailored to us; giving us the rundown of the services included, get a full understanding of how we wanted our dog's haircut, and a bit of suggestion with the style taking the Winter weather into account. All in all, amazing service, prices are great & fair, my dog's nails are trimmed well and not left jagged/rough like some other places have done in the past. My dog is happy and fresh & clean! My go to place from now on.”

“I got lost coming here and it didn't help that the day I decided to come here was foggier than it had been in a while. I actually ended up turning into the wrong place at first. When I finally did get to the right place I went inside and was looking for parts for the liter box I have. I went to the cat section and looked around for a bit. Like other places it appeared that all the parts had disappeared from the shelves. I looked around for a bit more and then ended up going up front to ask an employee if they knew if there were any items left. She escorted me back to the cat section again, pulled out here store handheld and looked it up. She did notice there were a few items still left in store. She helped me to find them, as they were hidden on an endcap. She told me they were clearance as they were discontinued, I was aware of that. However, they were on clearance more than what they were showing in their system. I appreciated the stellar customer service I got here. So much so that I browsed a bit more and picked up a few other items. As soon as I left here, I called my family members to ask them to keep an eye out at other locations if they come upon any of those items.”
“Came in here to grab my four legged freeloader some items we needed. You know how you become numb to the thought of buying such items because you just are so used to buying them. I never realized how spoiled my cat is until I am in a pet store and I end up spending more than I am aware of. I did a quick once around in here and was so tempted in buying items that I had no right to buy in the first place. What I should have been looking for was the cat litter I was here for. But no, I end up looking at the holiday collars and toys I know she will not play with. I even picked up some spray catnip. In the end, I walked out without the cat litter, but with items that made me happy more so than my cat. PetSmart has become my go to store when it comes to pet supplies.”
“Wow , My second time at Lidl but my first visit at Lidl in the DMV area. Very nice experience. Great prices , Great quality food. And a few rare finds which I loved.Free grocery carts unlike other chains but you do have to pay for your grocery bags.As the great Arnold once said "I'll be back" lol”
“I especially like the groomers that are there. Anytime I have gone in to get my dogs haircut and bath, the groomers are very responsive and friendly. They are great with the dogs too. I have gone several times for a grooming appointment. I gave 4 stars as I don't think the staff in the actual store have been helpful in the past but that has just been my experience.”
“Sara was very knowledgeable about Keeshond grooming and did a fantastic job grooming my elderly dog. Sara was very enthusiastic and was eager to groom my dog again, which doesn't happen very often.She is awesome ?”
“The sales specialists were helpful in finding the item we needed in the store, however they only have forklift staff on duty in the mornings so unfortunately we weren’t able to purchase the main thing we came there for. Instead we got a few reptile tank decorations and mulch bedding.”

“I come for live crickets. Sometimes, you have to wait to get a clerk to help, if it's really busy. When I have my granddaughter with me, she likes to look at all the animals, especially the cats.”
“The store is small and cluttered. Normally, I shop at PetSmart but the price for the cat litter was just too good to pass up. No issues with the staff - probably a woman mgr.- who took the cart to my car. Very pleasant.”

“Always come Here and find what I need. Only proble I can report is that was have a line with one cashier and with cashier notice a long long line they call for help a d still it take over 5 plus minutes for someone to come and help and sometime longer for the second lane to open up.”
