“Absolutely enjoyed my experience at this place. I am tempted to say it’s the best public service experience I’ve had. Very clean facility, professional staff, free snacks and drinks including coffee, tea, hot chocolate. The wait time was very reasonable and it went quick.
Pricing is one of the best so far without insurance and they offer in person discounts.

“I have no complaints with Patients First. Its one of the best Facilities the doesn't keep you waiting for 5-7 hours or more. Me being a Senior was told back in May 2024 by my daughter and its my favorite Medical Emergency Facility.”

“I had a really great experience here! I had a lot of anxiety about getting my blood drawn and I've fainted in the past so that made me all the more nervous. The woman that did my blood draw was so sweet and quick (even though it was quite a large blood draw) and asked me questions the whole time to distract me. I wanted to give her a hug when it was done, she really made all the difference!”
“Had my bloodwork drawn here for the first time. The phlebotomist was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. I typically hate having my blood drawn so to have a friendly phlebotomist was extremely helpful. I would definitely return to this location. My appointment was at 8:40 and I was taken back a few minutes late but I was done around 9:00.”
“Hello, I visited Labcorp in Hyattsville a few weeks ago. I have come across three young ladies who are dedicated to their work. Kiya, Crystal and Latrice. Labcorp is fortunate to have three determined young women working at this facility. Their personality is sincere, nice, goofy, personal, etc. Due to their hard work, these three young ladies truly deserve a raise. I will come back to this facility. Additionally, this location requires an additional staff member due to the potential for crowding.”

“Staff was very polite. Keep in mind the hours for Physicians is in fact different and is 9:00am to 2:45pm. Otherwise I have no complaints, great and conveniently located service.”
“it's a little warm in the waiting room, and there is only one device for check-in, but I was in and out in less than 25 minutes! The technician was polite, professional, and skilled.
Note: the LabCorp is downstairs; either entrance to the building will let you get down to it. It's not clear from the outside :)”

“Christiana at the Safeway location in Crofton Maryland is Great!!! She took my blood for my test. In the past at various different locations they have a hard time with my veins and need to use the back of my hand. This was the first time someone succeeded on the first try!!! I would gladly have

Unsure why there are lower reviews, the lobby was clean and organized, staff was receptive to my good mornings, and I have no complaints.

“I have been to several area LabCorp locations, and this one is my favorite. Clean, polite and efficient staff, kind and skilled phlebotomists--all around great location. They are the most prompt I've seen with honoring appointments. Without an appointment, expect to spend 45-60 minutes here during busy times, just like (or better than) any lab.
Edit 6/10/2025: Just took my special needs son here, and they did a fantastic job! Juliesa was patient, careful, and so fast! Everyone was polite and caring to my anxious son. We were seen promptly, and the option to wait in the car worked really well. Still my favorite LabCorp!”

“7/9/25 This was my first time having bloodwork done at the Glenn Dale location. I chose it because it was conveniently located near one of my real estate appointments. Upon reading the reviews I was skeptical but decided to take a chance. I was so pleased I chose to go there. Everyone was cordial, efficient and professional. It just so happened that the air conditioning wasn’t working but that early in the morning it wasn’t too bad. For them, I hope the issue was resolved.”
