I singed in on their intake machine and was welcomed almost immediately after. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. I was quickly able to get back and get my blood drawn. The tech did an awesome job. I didn’t even feel the needle go in. Great experience at this facility.

My wife had a standard blood draw, with no history of bad blood draws, but had a painful blown vein that later became a hematoma today. Worst part is the tech didn’t say anything at the time, and just sent her on her way with heavy bruising, and no icing. Just had to figure it out on our own! So there goes the next several days to recover.

I was there for about a half hour. Staff was helpful and friendly. There were a number of people there when I got there but they got me in and out quickly.

Hands down the best lab experience I've ever had. The digital check-in was really easy and the receptionist called me before I even sat down. Both receptionists were friendly and efficient - some of the reviews said reception was rude but they must have had a different person. They got me into a room right away (I made an appointment in advance) and the whole thing from beginning to end took less than 10 minutes. This will be the place I use from now on.

Check in staff is just rude. Simple questions are met with and attitude. Never had problem until this weekend! I was told over the phone I could walk in for lab work and get there it’s a different story. If you hate customer service work somewhere else. Nobody wants to be met with rudeness at 7am.

Overall great visit! The front desk staff and technicians were very friendly and attentive. I did a walk-in and was seen quickly. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

I never had a problem here. There are usually a lot of ppl here but the staff tend to move through them quickly. I’ve come to accept the fact that the caliber of front desk personnel will be to the standard that their leadership/company holds them to……or on the off chance that the personnel have set a high standard for how they will treat customers that keep their facility going….long story short front desk persons aren’t the worst I’ve experienced and I’ve never left feeling frustrated beyond return…..maybe just slightly annoyed here or there. The phlebotomists behind the scenes are great. Haven’t had a problem.

I cannot understand why there are so many negative comments about this location. Every time I have come here, the staff has always been exceedingly pleasant. And the same when speaking to them over the phone to inquire whether my lab order was in the system. I usually come in as a walk-in, no later than 9:30 AM. I don’t know if my timing has anything to do with it, but I stand on the fact that they have always been very pleasant and respectful to me.

Awful checkin procedure. Doesn't recognize Medicare or NALC (CIGNA). Doesn't recognize bloodwork orders from Johns Hopkins MyChart. Always have to do Labcorp personnel's work for them.

very clean, friendly staff, I am a hard stick and the staff were able to find my vein with no problem. I recommend this location!
