“I just to want to thank J Capitol Autobody staff for repairing my vehicle (Feb 24) but I also want to give a special S/O to J Capitol autobody employee Gus. He’s a real professional, a man of his word, gave me a great quote as I was shopping around to fix my Honda CRV. I would recommend anyone to go check out J Capitol Autobody and work with Gus, they will take care of you and give you reasonable quotes, they’re doing excellent quality work. Before my truck got repaired, I had black duck tape all on the right side to hold my panel up due to a small fender bender accident on my lower right bumper. It was embarrassing to drive my car with that much duck tape on the side but J Capitol restored my confidence in driving my Honda CRV again making it look brand new with a nice paint job and fixing my bumper and panel. After getting my car back from Gus and J Capitol, my car looked like it wasn’t in a car accident. It took three days to repair. Thanks again J Capitol!”

“Bob came highly recommended to me by my boyfriend’s mother - I came all the way from La Plata, MD. Bob and his son were nothing short of being God-sent… wonderful! Honda auto shop tried to charge me $1000 xtra for the same service! Also, Bob and his son found that the Honda dealer basically were going to rip me off in general for a new water pump and coolant (which wasn’t needed). That’s right! Car Dealerships are charging people for parts that don’t even need to be replaced, and completely not mentioning the parts that actually need replacing! I needed a new AC compressor (per Bob) and Honda completely failed to mention that. Bob took care of me like a father would! He felt horrible that Honda did this to me and he fixed my car within 24 hours. When I came to pick up my car, his son lifted my hood and showed me exactly what was fixed and why - he was so knowledgeable and kind. If you want HONEST work, FAIR affordable prices, and a job WELL DONE, look no further. You’re in trusted hands here at Branch Ave Tire & Auto.Most importantly, my 2010 civic is now driving like brand new, after years of taking it to Honda and their never acknowledging the cause for my car shaking (AC compressor/belt). They’d instead find a bunch of other issues with parts that in hindsight probably didn’t need to be replaced. “I really wanted to like this place, they did a great job on my father’s car and a couple of friends cars as well. However, I recently got my car repaired here- I received no updates on the car (as I was promised), every time I’d call for an update they’d give me a false date (which I can understand but becomes tiring after the fourth/fifth time calling), when my car was finally ready, they hadn’t completed various things they promised would be done. Had to take the car elsewhere to get an alignment and am currently receiving 0 updates on a missing part they forgot about/ forgot to replace on my car. Overall, they are extremely friendly, the work done is nice - really wanted to enjoy my personal experience with them, but it was very lacking.”

“Henry and General Auto Body are excellent!!! After a quick estimate, a few days later I dropped off the car on a Thursday and it was ready on Saturday morning. Another car backed into my Mazda and crushed the front plastic/rubber under the left headlight. Henry molded it back into shape, sanded and re-painted. The color match on the 9 year old car was PERFECT. They also fixed a crushed section of my old Saturn a decade ago and again , was a perfect job. BTW -- I always give a cash tip for great work. Henry said "too much" and only took a small portion of the tip. Honest craftsmen are a rarity today. You will be pleased with General Auto Body!!Service: Auto body & trim repair”
