I never thought I'd be writing a review for a pharmacy, but this one is really good! The first time I used them, my doctor called in a prescription. Before I had even left the doctor's parking lot, Avalon called me to talk about the prescription and to tell me they were starting to fill it already. (Super fast!). I was able to pick it up on my way home. On another visit, I was able to get medication filled while I waited. They are also stocked with other medical-related supplies as well. Excellent pharmacy, highly recommended! Thank you Avalon!

This pharmacy had the medication I needed right away unlike my current pharmacy that I was using. I will be going to this pharmacy from now on to get all my medications.

My family and I have patronized this pharmacy for quite some time. After today we WILL NOT any longer. It is very unfortunate as we try to spend our money with small local businesses whenever possible. The pharmacist was down right RUDE! My sister called yesterday to confirm they were still offering the COVID-19 booster. I followed up with a call this morning to make sure an appointment was not needed. I was told: they were open today until 5PM, offering the vaccine and an appointment was not required. We arrived at the pharmacy less than 1 hour after I placed that call. The young woman at the counter said they stopped administering vaccines at 1:00PM (it was 1:25 PM). I told her I called an hour or so ago and was not told that. I asked if she could accommodate us. She spoke with the pharmacist and he said no. When I tried to address the pharmacist he walked away from me as though I was not speaking to him. I refused to leave without an explanation. We went back and forth for a while. Me telling him how horrible I thought his customer service was and him telling me they were busy and needed to complete state mandated paperwork. So his paperwork is more important than his customer’s health? It’s clearly more important than his reputation because I intend to share my discontent with anyone who will listen!! He never, not once, offered an apology! He even had the audacity to ask me to leave; I told him gladly!

Make sure you speak up or you'll have to wait longer. Pharmacist doesn't know who's in and out in what order. Be vocal!Staff is very polite and quick to be helpful.Overall good experience.

Drove an hour to my appointment only to be told it was cancelled.Response to owner: I don't have a responsibility to confirm the appointment after you LITERALLY SENT ME A CONFIRMATION EMAIL (see attached pic).I won't be contacting healthmart. You choose who to associate your business with so don't ask me to get involved with your appointment provider.My family member had an appointment later than me and you still only called them 10 minutes before their slot. Why didn't you contact everyone first thing in the morning? Or at least when you contacted me? If you hadn't already screwed me over, they would have wasted two hours driving back and forth as well.You have taken no responsibility for the matter both in your call to me and your response here. Good customer service would have been to properly apologize for the screw-up and to offer me some remedy like calling me once appointments are available again.
