“I've been going to the same vet for 45 years (was originally Ellicott City Veterinary Clinic with Dr. Meyers) since I was 6 years old. It has moved, changed ownership, and so on. But, I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else. The vets and staff are there for us when we need them. I know a LOT about animals so sometimes my thoughts will clash with theirs but they never force me to do anything. Yes, they do cost more than some other vets which is why I now have insurance for the cats using Manypets. I just wish they would also see my guinea pigs.”

“My wife and I have been clients of Town & Country Animal Clinic in Olney for a few years and are so pleased with their excellent care and service. Yesterday, after much agonizing, we took our beloved Teddy (Wheaten Terrier - 14 years) for a consultation with Dr. Wilmot before having him put down. I called for an appointment yesterday morning and they were completely booked for the week but the very competent and caring lady on the phone (Christina, I believe) said she would check with the vets on duty and call me back, which she did a few minutes later. I arrived at 11:45 and put in a room with my dog until the vet came in and spent a lot of time speaking with me and my son before we collectively arrived at the decision to put him down. I am so grateful and appreciative for their caring service, from start to finish. Thank you!”

“Dr. Kanakry is the best. He treated my dogs and cats. I had a rottie, Ceaser, that was diagnosed with bone cancer. Dr. Kanakry went above and beyond. Not only did he refer us to VOSM for surgery to remove the leg bone, but he also visited VOSM on his day off to check on Ceaser and the prognosis. Never once did I take any of 4 legged kids to him and feel that they weren't in the best hands. I appreciated his time during the visit, and the calls after to check on how my babies were feeling. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention Dr. Watts and Linda (tech). I moved an hour away and haven't found a better vet yet.”

“I felt compelled to leave a review for Jaidah after seeing the latest review regarding her customer service. I brought my mother's dog in this past week and had a wonderful experience with her that I'd like to share. My mother's dog is 12 years old and has a few medical concerns that we were sure to discuss with Jaidah during the check-in. There was nothing major, just some arthritis and a bad back (old age stuff), but Jaidah was reassuring and kind- she even showed me some of the tools she can use to make the grooming experience more comfortable. During our chat, Jaidah shared that she was certified in animal care and had some experience working in a vet office. She also shared that she had a senior dog of her own and could empathize with our concerns. It was so comforting to us (especially my mother when I called her and let her know how great Jaidah was going to be). The groom was done in a timely manner and looked fantastic! I promised to book with her again in the near future. Jaidah was professional, easy to talk to, and took great care of my mother's dog. The gentleman (Mitch G.) also had his dog groomed by Brittany in the past (as did we), and likely received a phone call similar to the one my mother received about Brittany leaving the store. My mother was disappointed, but raved about how sweet, understanding and accommodating Jaidah was in making that call. It's our opinion that while she is certainly working hard, she doesn't strike us as "overworked." Her salon is short staffed and she seems to be doing a great job managing on her own. Furthermore, as mentioned before, I can understand why she discusses medical concerns at check in- simply because she cares and wants to make the dogs' experience as comfortable as possible! That should ultimately be every pet owner's primary concern. Perhaps the medical concern noted by Mitch G. was one that required additional care that she could/could not accommodate- either way, it's important for her to ask those things and I'm confident Jaidah would do her best to help like she did for us. Thank you, Jaidah, for providing the type of customer service we should all hope to receive.”
“A couple months ago my daughter took my dog into Triadelphia Veterinary Clinic due to me being in the hospital. We estimate that they did roughly $500 worth of work to my dog. When she went to pay they told her not to worry about it that they would cover the bill. I can’t express how grateful I am for their help. Additionally, they have always given our pets great care.”
