“Interesting selection of items. The produce section is small but everything I’ve ever seen looks fresh. The lactose free/non-dairy options are much better than a typical grocery store; especially yogurt options. The checkout area can be a little confusing the first time you’re there because there’s a beverage cooler display to the right and just before the registers and the bread and pastry section immediately in front of the registers. Some things are a bit pricey, but I suppose everything is ticking up in price these days.”

“Grocery Outlet is a very interesting store! This store is new to me, just opening near me recently. It offers unique, interesting and diverse items - items I dont normally see in the traditional grocery stores near me. I try to shop here two or three times a month, mostly to pick up new and interesting things I dont have access to elsewhere. The last couple times, I have also started purchasing my basic needs here as well - milk, bread, meats, paper products, etc - as the prices are very good, as is the quality. I can recommend Grocery Outlet completely - you wont be disappointed!”

“I absolutely Love this little store iv been coming here atleast 3 times a week for the past 16 years for my diet cokes and the deli food and to bother Miss Janice the store manager she is just so awesome and down to earth such a fun person to talk to,and shannon who has been there along time as well she’s very friendly and such a sweetheart and a kickass cook and well all the ladies are but i choose shannon or janice to make my food,yes they have a deli and i must say there sandwiches and food is all kickass!Be sure to try a scrapple egg and pepper jack chesse on a wrap they are out of this world shot iam going this morning and getting myself…Thanks ladies!”

“I had a great experience here. The store is nicely laid out for someone with celiac, the produce looked fresh and then immediately there are frozen and not frozen gluten free items. Easy! Also, I couldn’t find split peas and asked an employee- he was very helpful and also checked back in with me to ensure I found them. It was a very nice experience. I will shop here again while I am in town visiting family.”

“We usually shop here for organic foods, especially for meat, fish, and green products. It has a big free parking lot with a few charging stations. It’s right in front of a park-lake, so can walk around right after shopping. Overall, it is pricy, but worth the quality and the location.”

“I've been shopping at this store for a few years now. Lately, I've started using their online store pickup service. I absolutely love it! The attendants are so nice, friendly, funny, and careful about providing good service.The only reason I'm not selecting 5 stars is not their fault at all. It is the because of the Karens who decide it's their own personal special parking spot, leave their car, and do their grocery shopping. It leaves those of us who are actually supposed to be there having to park at the very back, parallel park in between them, or squeeze in front of their parked car. Which of course makes the Karens upset that they are delayed getting out by a clogged pickup lane.It won't stop me from using the online pick up though. The attendants and their excellent service is worth the hassle.”

“I went shopping today (which I rarely do mid day on a Sunday) but I was so pleasantly surprised at how efficient the staff were, especially the folks in the deli department. They had a lot of people to serve but they were quick, efficient and friendly. Even the cashier (I wish I could remember her name but I can't unfortunately) was fast and helpful. I couldn't believe at how quickly I was able to get in and out. I may not avoid shopping on Sundays anymore after all!Also the produce was really fresh and I must have come after a restock because they had everything I was looking for.”

“Generally well run, clean, low prices, and great selection. I have had the occasional hiccup here (such as an employee closing the store 15 mins early) and you MUST check the berries before buying as they are prone to mold, but other than that no big complaints. I really wish people would stop stealing the carts, as they always seem to have only a few of the small two-basket carts. Which they'd offer baskets as well. Note that you'll have to bag everything yourself.”

“I had the best experience at the Olney Safeway today! Usually I shop closer to home at Giant in Colesville or Safeway in Cloverly--with generally less than positive experiences. At the Olney Safeway I had a lovely conversation with employee Joe about wines (he spent a long time with me making sure I got exactly what I want). I got my booster shot from the friendly and competent pharmacist, and met a chatty and efficient young cashier. I found shelves stocked.I will definitely drive a few extra miles to return to Olney Safeway.”

This place has all great wonderful department people can shop in for all their needs ands and wants in the Olney Town Shopping Center. I love this place it has a huge pizza area that has freshly cooked pizzas but a bigger area than Whole Foods Market .it has organic and non organic departments . It has a bigger bakery area than Giant and Safeway. So please support Harris Teeter and bring America back together again .this is one Grocety store you will no t regret coming too.”
