Typically out or low of stock . Other Wegman stores for some reason are always stocked better..

Wegmans is a beautiful store with the best hot food bar in the world I think... I enjoy the fruit and all the foods the store has to offer. I'll continue to come here...

Customer service:5 Cleanliness: 5 Wegmans can be overwhelming if you let it. If you're different states like I am it's the half the service of Publix, better selection than Walmart, pricey like Target. I look forward to every trip there. Prices are not competitive but I am new to the area so don't take my word for it. They're store brand sauce is good I recommend the Asian BBQ sauce. In the produce section toward the back I've found my personal favorite add on to any meal the Pepper Poppers(ham and cheese stuffed peppers in olive oil. I was taken aback at the coffee bar when the 8oz cup was the smallest option but they're cheaper than Starbucks so it's clear who has my money and who doesn't.

I use their catering-to-go for a graduation party. The food was excellent and the service was great. I ordered 100 chicken wings, deviled eggs the sandwich wraps for my party of 25. The food was well divided and taste good. I definitely use them again

Wow is all I can say. This is the most difficult set up grocery store I've ever been too. Bakery and fresh seafood in the same area, YUCK!

This is a nice grocery store. They recently changed the design, and I prefer the old one, although the current one is okay. They have a very nice selection of items and great sushi. This grocery store is so much better than most of the other grocery stores in the area. However, at times, the lines can be a bit long.

My home Wegmans is in Chantilly/Fairfax (and occasionally Gainesville) and this Wegmans has many of the same amenities and offerings that I love from those locations: large dining area, burger bar, pizza station, coffee stand, sushi section. This location has a sub station as well, but NO salad bar (my go-to in Chantilly) -- salads are pre-packaged and pretty run-of-the-mill. Since this is Maryland and close to Montgomery County, no wine or beer is sold here. Also Saturday midday there were entire sections that weren't stocked -- either they're always like that or they were in the middle of restocking or shuffling item locations? One other non-food-related regional(?) difference I was not aware of was a 60-minute dining time enforcement and prohibition of things like playing board games and studying. This was VERY weird to me since at my home Wegmans it's a hot spot for getting work done and studying. Lanham isn't too far from College Park either so it's a shame in my opinion. It's one thing to have a sign (several, in fact) stating those rules but what was interesting was that they actively are enforcing it. My partner talked to the manager about it and he was nice, but very firm about it, i.e. even if we were to buy food every hour, he said, playing board games would not be allowed. I can understand prohibiting sleeping and bringing in printers and taking up room when people are honestly trying to find a place to eat... But if you're being considerate of available space and respectful of others and are adequately patronizing the store, why would you turn away positive community-building and paying customers? I feel like this rule could have been more thoughtfully enforced for those that are truly abusing the space.

I stopped shopping here when the pandemic started. The produce, meat, and prepared foods are absurdly expensive. Many items on my grocery list are overpriced here. The store is not well maintained, and you'll see things like spoiled produce and disorganized coolers. On top of that, the clerks and staff are rude and offensive, and the managers act the same way. High prices and ghetto attitudes? No thanks.

This review is for the bakery department!! I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter I told the person who took my order that I wanted a chocolate cake with a few strawberries on the side it was supposed to say happy birthday and my daughters name and have pink and purple balloons on it! However when my husband picked up the cake it was not what I ordered. It was basically a strawberry shortcake with chocolate cake! The top was covered in strawberries, it had bo balloons and the happy birthday was on some plastic and not on the cake!

Whoever the the guy working in the pizza shop right now 310pm Saturday Jan 22nd needs to stop yelling at customers. Even the people working with him seem embarrassed. If getting a slice of pizza is to hard for him maybe he should just stay home.

Make no mistake: don’t get distracted by the fact that this great burguer joint is a part of Wegmans supermarket. It is actually one of the reasons why their food is OUTSTANDING: the freshest ingredients you can taste come right off their best meat and produce they sell. I wish we had this place in Florida but unfortunately Wegmans does not operate in our state. The menu is simple but that is part of the formula: to offer enough options to satisfy different tastes without overwhelming the customer with too many options or complexity (that is In-N-Out’s model too). Their business is food, not corporate branding, market share or aggressive territory expansion by new franchisees. They are part of an old and respectable supermarket chain whose owners had the inmovative idea of putting a restaurant inside some of their supermarket locations. Brilliant idea. Apart from the great flavors: American Classic, Maple Onion and other options, their Tuscan fries are exquisite. I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the best burguers I have had on the East Coast. We will come back, over and over again. And this review is not sponsored by the merchant, it is a tribute to a great fast food experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to you today. Thank you.

This is the worst Wegmans I've ever been to. I recently moved to Northeast DC and was excited to know that I lived less than 20 minutes away from a Wegmans. This store seems to never restock their shelves and the produce section is usually hit or miss. Today I'm home with the flu and decided to use Instacart. Unfortunately for me, half of the item that I selected were out of stock and could not be replaced with anything comparable. I ended up with random snack and beverage items when I should've received enough groceries for lunch and dinner for the week. Coming from a heavily diverse community in Northern Virginia, this just makes me think that this Wegmans does not care about the community etc since it is predominantly black.

Dear Wegmans I love your stores. I just visited this location in Landover last night and trash was everywhere in the parking lot and the trash cans were overflowing with trash. Please make sure you have someone on trash duty. Thank you

My score is really 2.5 stars based on the dollars I have lost in just buying spoiled meat. The Wegmans in Lanham MD is the go to store if you want more variety in the area. However, I find the store to cause confusion when it comes to aisle arrangement. For instance, they have several aisles arranged by countries/regions. The store makes the assumption that the consumer is astute in geography. Consumers don't have time to run down three or four aisles to find rice by countries/regions. Please put all the rice in one place. Adopt the aisle arrangement they have in Crofton MD. Second, the meat that I buy is often spoiled. I have tried Wegmans packaged steaks, lamb chops, and ribs (short and baby back). I just threw away some lamb chops last night. The only meat I find consistently good is the organic EU fresh salmon, organic and chicken wingettes. Third, what neighborhood do the seafood department think they serve? This is PG County--almost 65% African Americans. Rhetorically asking, why is it that the seafood department does not carry fish like croakers, spot, porgies, and catfish? And no, we don't want to see these fish gutted and laying on ice to purchase. We want a variety of fresh fish. While I appreciate salmon, flounder, cod (often bought spoiled), and mahi mahi, these other fish are staples for us. And, PLEASE, get the pricing structure affordable. Who wants to pay ~$20 per pound for fish. We don't live in Bethesda MD folks! Last, the bakery lacks consistency. I'm not a real snack eater, but I've tried some of their treats. The slice of chocolate cake was very good back in December 2020 - January of 2021. I bought a slice the other day and had to throw it in the trash--terrible taste! It was as if they had used lard for butter and fake chocolate. The banana pudding is also a hit and miss. My plea to Wegmans is to engage your consumers. Find out our likes and dislikes. And no, we don't have time to stand in the customer service line to fill out a form to tell you this. I've filled out several forms about the spoiled meat and to no avail.
