This location is one of the busiest UPS locations that I know. There’s usually a line, but it helps that they hire plenty of staff to move the line. Most staff would greed with a smile, but sometimes not , understandably bc they are so busy all the time.
Most convenient is that Costco and Wegman’s are nearby. Perfect spot to drop off pkgs when have plan to shop.

Customer service is poor at this location. The Greenbelt location has friendly, patient, and helpful staff.

They were helpful, professional and courteous. Gave great instructions on all needed information, took alot of stress off my shoulder regarding delivery ab tracking of my package!

I scheduled an appointment online for passport photos for my twin babies even tried calling in advance to see if they had someone available to take them, but no one answered after multiple attempts. So I decided to go to my appointment anyway just to be told they do not take baby pictures because they take too long. No where does it say on their website or phone info that they do not take baby passport photos. If they are that limited in the services they do they need to do better listing that information or at least answer the phone. This is the second time they said they do something, but when I go in they don't. They have lost my business for good now.

Utterly horrible experience. If i could give "zero" out of 5 stars for this review, I would.
I walked in to the UPS At Woodmore Towne Centre today with my 3 month old to kindly inquire about having passport pictures taken for him. No sooner had i finished asking, did one lady in the "customer service" area cut me off, & barked at us, stating that "we don't take passport pics for anyone younger than 4 years old! ". When i gently asked why, she snapped at me, saying "company policy ", all the while working behind her desk, not even looking in my direction! AT ALL. This display of customer service was completely abominable! I had to bite my tongue & quickly walk out of the store. Needless to say that is the last time I'll EVER step foot in that store.

I entrusted a presentation poster to The UPS Store and paid for 2nd day shipping so my daughter would have it in time for an Awards Ceremony. Positive - the poster arrived earlier than expected. Negative - it arrived damaged. Negative - now additional costs will be incurred to have it reprinted so I can drive it to her as I do not trust UPS to deliver it intact. While the responsibility may not lie with this location, they were the first to handle it. Beware before shipping paper items!

The notary whom is a woman told me to sign the documents before she reviewed the documents for signature. She literally watched me sign in the wrong place and told me that it was wrong afterwards. She then stated that she cannot tell me where to sign. I called a Mobile notary whom stated otherwise. I’ve never been told that a notary cannot tell you where to sign, every notary that I’ve used has always told me where to sign. If she did not want to sign the document in the first place she should have said that instead of witnessing me sign in the wrong place on the document. She is very lazy and inconsiderate. Don’t recommend.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience with this store location. The staff are polite, efficient and professional. They work hard and diligently to manage the flow of customers.

Can't talk to a person over the phone on customer service only voice audio that doesn't help my order was in Atlanta for 4 days and it's been in north Carolina for 3 days is the only update I received I won't use UPS again second time this happened

Had a great experience yesterday shipping an unusually shaped object from this location. Jesus and one of his colleagues were so helpful and friendly and we got the item packed securely in no time. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Fast. Even if the line is long, they keep it moving with sufficient staff, and staff are amazing. I was in line one day with my kids and a lot of older clients when a young guy pushed up past the line. The staff told him firmly to step aside until it was his turn. They won my business with that level of customer service.
