“This was possibly the best experience that I've had at a smoke shop. I called to see if they carry a brand of shishah that is difficult to find in this area, but no one answered; however, much to my surprise, I received a call back because they missed my call. This was an indication to the level of customer service that they provide. They carried the shishah I was looking for so I decided to make a stop. I walk in and am immediately greeted by Eli. He's assisting a customer as I look for the shishah but as soon as the customer leaves he gives me his full attention. The customer service gets even better. We're discussing other flavors of the shishah that I'm interested in and because I had never had them, Eli immediately opens the flavors I was interested in allowing me to smell before purchasing. I appreciated this because but many other smoke shops will do this if they don't already have a sample opened. He gave me his honest opinion on flavors and was very friendly and welcoming. Even though the shishah is more expensive than the location I go to in VA, the convenience and customer service made up for it. Eli was extremely helpful and even informed me about some other products in the store that I purchased and some that I will be returning to purchase. This is now my favorite smoke shop and I will definitely return. I highly recommend this location. It's small but they have a lot of quality products.”

“I came here for a Patron, Don Julio and Black Label tasting with my friend and the staff were very friendly and inviting. We got to try the Patron Anejo and Patron Resposado in a margarita shot. We both bought a bottle of patron each as part of the promotion and got a bottle of Deleon and Black Label engraved. We will definitely be back.”

But the gentleman that worked there was a very nice guy. He was so polite and helpful I was taken off-guard. He even took out my Vape pen and tested it to make sure it was working. And then explain to me the recharging directions. He was so nice. So he gets five stars.”

They seem to be running specials all the time and they change. There was always some promotion going when I stopped by. They have lottery if you play.”

“A good variety of cigars. I'm very friendly and helpful for that. Scott prices vary from $8 to approximately $30. Average price for cigar is about $10. The only downside is they do not have a cigar lounge.”
