Staff was amazing helping me today, I came in due to my phone being broken. Larry and his team was phenomenal with assisting me with navigating my phone options. Larry went above and beyond on showing me proper direction and assistance on what to do about my phone. Thank you guys !

I went into the store to pay my bill and was greeted and offered help right away, the rep by the name of Fendi assisted me with my payment, she was very professional and friendly and respectful, on top of that she is bilingual! Definitely need more reps like her all around.I was very satisfied with her services!

I had a big problem regarding a billing situation which involved the insurance and a false fee for a non returned device which had been confirmed by the insurance company that had already been received. I had been trying to work this issue out over the phone with the insurance company and other for over 3 month period and nothing had been resolved. I decided to walk into this establishment for the first time and was attended by The manager by the name of Larry Brown and he was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable of this type of situation. Within 24 hours he had fixed the issue which no one seemed to be able to resolve for me. Thank you MR. Brown for your dedication to Customer Centricity and T-Mobile itself. Moving forward I Will only be coming to this location for any future purchase or problem so that MR. Brown can handle it and or get credit for. Definitely will recommend this branch to friends and Family in case anyone needs anything.

Fendi and Markus was amazing I truly was treated like a king order my phone online and they set up my phone even did a tutorial because I was coming fromSamsung even printed off my label so I can return my devices they truly gave me an amazing experience my new favorite store !

My experience in the T-Mobile store in Woodmore was a phenomenal,outstanding, & 50+ stars.When I entered the store,the representative(Ms.Nailah)I was looking for wasn't in today.Therefore,another representative,(Mr.Andy)stated that he could help me in which he did a phenomenal job.I was in the store to have a my new Galaxy S24+ to get it set up.Mr.Andy did a phenomenal,great, & outstanding job,from the time that I entered the store.He explained everything,was very professional,as well as answered any/all questions that I had.He went above & beyond for me.He made sure that my phone was properly set up,happy, & understood everything.Also,while waiting for my phone to update all the information,I overheard another representative(Ms.Olivia)assisting a very irate customer in which she tried to help her.Ms.Olivia handled the customer & situation extremely well,& professional after explaining all the options.She provided 50 + stars to this customer.Before leaving,I had the honor & pleasure meeting the manager,Mr.Larry in which he was very kind,professional, & the entire staff made me feel like I'm apart of the T-Mobile family.Keep up the great work.The T-Mobile Store in Woodmore rocks.

Upon arrival Marcus was very rude and actually tried to convince another customer and myself to just not stay because he wouldn't have time to help us. Once that was not successful he said we were going to be put on the list and someone would call us up, the other lady asked how would they call her if he didn't get her name marcus then replied “ it’s technology and waved the ipad “ to start this was very off putting and rude. After he walked away I followed him and stated I wanted my name on the list and he said “aren’t yall together” I then informed him we were not so he t and he continued proceed to added it.. the other young women had to have her name added as well by another tech because they were not added as he stated he would. After an hour of waiting and seeing others serviced who arrived after me I walked up to Marcus to ask if I was nexted. He said “ i cant help you, you need a sales technician.. his tone was very rude. I proceeded to explain that i needed help with multiple things not just a sale he continued to raise his voice and was rude and disrespectful. I have never experienced this time of customer service. I then told him he was being rude and he continued while also making a scene in the store this was the worst experienced ive had. After waiting another 20 mins i told to come tomorrow because no one has time to really help me buy both phones. I dont know if i will be staying with T-Mobile moving forward
