If it's zero stars, I won't give an extra star. This is my experience. I just want to close my account. I went there 3 times and called customer service and they didn't solve my problem. Everyone was very nice before. Now they are not as good as before. Don't go to this place.

This started out with me depositing a check that was not signed. The next day I discovered the error via email from PNC, I called the number listed for customer service. I was told that I could pick the check up from the bank. I drove to that bank's location, was told that I could not pick up the check because it was not even there, PNC would mail the check back to me. Today, I received a "copy" of the check, not the actual check. I know that it isn't PNC's fault that I did not check to see if the check was signed. But can't PNC get information correct? Twice I was misinformed.

They’re really nice. I was helped by 2 staff Mrs. Valerie and a girl with red finger waves and they both were very patient and answered all my questions with smiles despite my hopeless confusion.

The ATMs are trash! They’re not good with deposits. I have had two separate issues with them.

Always an amazing experience at this location. It’s the “above and beyond” for me! Sydney provided excellent customer service, she recommend different options that was suitable for my financial needs which I would’ve never thought of. The customer service level was top tier!

I had an issue with a PNC cashiers check from out of state not being signed by the teller that issued it. The manager at this location refused to help me and said I would just have to mail it back to the person that sent it to me. It had already taken me a week to receive it via priority mail and cost $10. It would cost another $20 to send it back and receive it again after my 90 year old mother that does not drive took it back to the bank. I explained all of this and he shoved the check back at me and refused to help. He was African. I left there and went to Bowie PNC, explained everything to their African AMERICAN manager and he immediately called the issuing bank, confirmed the check and signed it for me. SIMPLE AD DONE. The manager at the first branch had no compassion and was just too lazy to help. Thank god that the Bowie manager was willing to go the extra mile and was very nice about it.

The security guard was kind and helpful upon my arrival directing me to the central desk for assistance. Ali was hospitable and greeted me upon passing by and mentioning someone would be with me shortly. He logged my name in the system and detailed I could wait in my car. Vivian C was the banker I worked with and she was very welcoming and informative giving solid education on credit cards and promptly addressing my current debit card concern. The removal of 1 star on this post, was due to the manager Eileen being a less than hospitable upon me arriving and waiting to be helped. She walked by me twice gazing over my head without a hello or a comment that someone would be with me shortly or even a question of if I had been helped while I waited at the empty service desk. The security guard had tried to contact her for direction of where I should go no avail. It was after my continued stand that Ali had come to assist. (See above) Overall a good experience, but my primary suggestion would be consistency in customer service.

Best customer service! I had difficulty walking. The security guard assisted me into the bank. The bank employee met me at the door and assisted with my transaction. She brought a chair. So I was able to sit while she handled my business. So grateful for their kindness and professionalism. We need more service providers like these.
