The noodles (penne) were wayyy overcooked and when alerting the manager I was told I should've called right away, mind you by the time I ate the food the establishment was closed, not sure I will return to this location.

This is supposed to be no star. I will advocate very strongly for people to avoid going here until they have a diverse staff. God awful experiences at this store twice and now I have to drive out to Bowie to avoid having a horrible experience for fear of being manipulated into an argument with one of these Spanish women. An all Spanish staff in a predominantly black neighborhood. This is not working. These women are malicious, wicked, manipulative and seem down right jealous. They are baiting people into an argument after being nasty to you and they are also messing up your order then having attitude when they are asked to fix it. They are also over charging some folks for their orders (from what I can tell it is being done maliciously). A black guy tonight was charged for two cookies; he told me. But the entire experience rubbed him the wrong way. It was the cashier’s attitude towards him. I am scared for the people who have had similar experiences at this location. I am scared where this store that I so love will be going in the future. It’s sad that I have to avoid this location for fear of being treated poorly. I dress nice and carry myself well and believe I was manipulated into an argument over service. It’s God awful and I will be calling up the chains past the general manager who is also Spanish to get some type of reassurance about the future of this store. I care about my community and this that I see happening here is something I have never experienced before. I don’t want anyone else to have this experience. I went in there to simply order a meal one hour before the store closed and got treated not only very poorly. They all appeared very relaxed and no one was directly at the register. One woman was cleaning up. I waited to be approached but no one was coming. The two younger girls said something to one another and they laughed. So I asked were they getting ready to close to which one of them leaned towards me shaking her shoulders said no what do you want. I started saying to her that she was being rude what is the problem and she started from there. The cashier came from behind the counter still speaking to me rudely just a few inches to my face. She also said she was not afraid to loose her job and identified herself as Jessica. She then pointed to the manager; a Spanish woman standing close by the register who was saying nothing but allowed her employee to continue being rude and aggressive towards me. Insanity to the highest level. Beware! If you’ve had similar experiences do report it past the general managers who are all Spanish. When an employee in customer service is ok with picking fights with customers and acting out without fear of being reprimanded by a manager; you know they are thick as thrives and will cover for each other in any situation. That kind of toxicity is scary for a customer’s welfare. They need to be removed from this area of business. Noodles and company is a reputable business and it’s disheartening to see the level of God awful customer service some folks have to receive. It felt very personal the malicious way I was treated. I dress nice, is black and carry myself well; definitely is attractive . Seems as though i wasn’t received well for this reason and was baited into an argument that started with horrible customer service

Okay the food is not Horrible, but it is quite bland. It taste like the noodles are boiled with absolutely no salt. I ordered Alfredo and the added mozzarella cheese to the top of it. Parmesan would have been a better option.The beef noodles tasted like something from military training, where you just add water to it. The pot stickers are boiled and they are just soft and slippery, the texture it weird.I hope the taste of the food increases.

I would advise EVERYONE to not go to this location located in a predominantly black area and ran by an entire staff of very wicked malicious, manipulative, jealous Spanish women.The service you receive from what I have observed is dependent upon your skin color and age. The first time I went here the cashier was very impatient with me. She was shaking her shoulder and tapping her feet as I was looking at the menu to add another item. Her face was so serious and she rudely handed me the receipt. After I walked off and was standing waiting for my food she said something to the other who looked at me very seriously then they started talking in Spanish. Tonight an incident which is the worst food service I have ever received in my entire life. It is very disheartening to have had this experience because I carry myself very well. I have never in my life had a cashier come from behind the counter to almost get in my face. To have a manager stand there and not say anything to her employee says alot about where the store is heading. Because I am sure I am one of a slew of customers who have been manipulated into an argument with one of these women. The cashier said she was not afraid to loose her job and handed me the card to the manager with no fear even though she was in the wrong. Clearly they are thick as thrives and what one will get away with the other will back her up. They should all be out of a job after the incident tonight and I will make it my duty to call above the general manager who also happen to be Spanish to make sure other customers have a good day leaving this restaurant regardless of their skin color. This neighborhood is not as rough if this is the excuse they will use. If you're baiting certain people into ruining their day then YOU are the problem and not the neighborhood.

Okay! I am celebrating my birthday all month long in August!!! So, one of my best friends Ms VBJ took me to Noodles and Company for my birthday lunch and I ordered a Singapore Noodle dish with grilled Shrimp! Yum! We dined in. It was nice, quiet, clean and convenient!!! The shopping plaza has plenty of parking! The staff was courteous and the service was fast! Yum! Yum! I am been here before and now, I am coming on back!!!!

Just want to give a shout to the staff. There was a mix up with my order going to their location instead of one that is closer to me and they were so friendly and professional. I really appreciate that especially since I was a bit flustered. Excellent service!

Pesto cavatapi was good i dont know why the steak stragonoff was out of the menu it was the best , cooks deliver foods on time and loved the snicker doodle cookies

This has become my go to for quick low calorie lunches since I started working in Largo in September of 2022. Previously was never impressed with the chain even though the guy I was seeing loved them back 10 years ago. However my tastes in food and men have changed, lol.I appreciate the fact they still offer freshly brewed unsweetened iced tea and sweet tea too. My go to meals are the small bowls usually is the Leanguini lemon chicken or the spicy Korean beef. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.Their online ordering system is convenient and good way to earn points.
