I had a great experience at Mattress Firm! William, the store mgr., was very attentive, and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied before I left his store. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone that's looking to purchase a mattress.

Sales rep pointed me to only see what I wanted to see, firm or extra firm. He allowed my wife and I to lie on the bed and be sure of our selection. I didn’t come in looking for an adjustable base but with my back and neck issues, the base was a nice feature to have to help me sleep at night.
