The worst experience I had at CVS lanham Martin Luther king today at the consultation section, I met one black man by name David, I complain about my daughters burn on her leg, he didn't care to take a look at how severe the burn is, nor ask if I've applied something there , he just recommended a burn gel and told me if I don't see it I should ask the ladies at checkout, that was really poor, I'm not a nurse nor a doctor but the experience I've had when it concern consultation this has really been the worst experience.
A consultant should be able to atleast take a look at the situation before prescribing, not prescribing something you don't even know how severe the situation is, I think some of them are there for the money not for the people. Worst experience ever

Wellllll, me myself never had a problem with the store, and especially the pharmacy. To me it’s convenient, the staff to me are always friendly. Some people have to realize when it come to the pharmacy u have to realize they are under pressure trying to filled our poison pills. As long as I’ve been dealing with the pharmacy I never experience a bad vibe from the staff and the staff as you enter the store. They always greet you nicely. I understand y’all are entitled to your opinion, but I bet you’re not gonna stop coming. I’m just saying.

I changed my CVS pharmacy from the Greenbelt location. They always had long lines and even when a young man at the counter would try to help the customers, he would get reprimanded by the lady manager. I saw this happen several times.
The Target CVS has always had nice people working that have been very helpful. I have never had more than 2 customers ahead of me and have never had an issue with them not having the medication being prescribed. LOVE this location!

I actually started to use this location after the others in the area showed such callous behavior. Today 5/16/24 I encountered “Jessica” as I think it’s a false name and she must have been having an awful day. As a customer I think I have the right to ask about a prescription. Timing and authorization and what I possibly could do to help the process. I guess I asked too many questions because her attitude showed. With this lack of care for customer service I requested my prescription back and it was then given by someone else. I ask for her name then magically she appears. We as a people have to do better when it comes to customer interaction and human interaction over all. I am very dissatisfied. Would give 0 stars if u could.

The staff person was excellent. If you need passport photos, this is the place to go. Little pricey, but excellent service, personnel and product.

I’ll first start off by saying the store staff is amazing. Now the pharmacy staff is rude, dismissive and aggressive. This is my “local pharmacy” which is 5 minutes from my home, but instead I rather go to the Walgreens that’s 20 minutes away to get better service. On two occasions with different pharmacist I’m met with the same attitude. How can this be? From my experience if a pharmacy doesn’t have a specific drug they’ll give you the option of ordering it for you. Not here. They will quickly toss your prescription back to you and say “we don’t have it”. When you ask if they can fill the prescription they say “no” check back in a week. This exact situation happened on two different occasions. The first time it happened I swore to never return and I’ve been at Walgreens since. This time I needed something convenient due to transportation and I can’t believe this is my experience 2 years laters. Wow! I’m honestly in disbelief. Please save your time, go to another location.

Go to another pharmacy, the service is terrible. Doesn't help customers. The very arrogant supervisor spoke to me as if I was going to beg for alms. I guess if they are in front of the public they should be nicer to the costumer.

The self checkout does not apply your coupons after scanning. It will charge you the wrong price and the employee that works there, Fatima, does not care. She wouldn’t even commit to letting the manager know so it could be fixed. She kept saying it was the system and there was nothing she could do. Well there is something customers can do - not shop here. Do not trust those machines or the employees (does not include pharmacy staff - they are great).

Lack of knowledge and so rude, asked if I can talk to manager, she yelled at me and said I AM THE MANAGER!!!, and my name is JESELLA or something like that.

This pharmacy has screwed up my prescriptions one too many times. The pharmacists are very rude and they are the ones who mess up the prescription. I was basically told too bad.
