I wish I could give a zero star I went to purchased a Samsung galaxy s24 at this location and since I wanted to take the store credit card, the guy whi was assisting me kept telling me to get the 24 plus I told him NO after getting home I found out that he trick me an gave the 24 plus instead of the s24 I wanted. please check your purchase poor customer service

Best buy (Woodmore Lanham Maryland Location) Customer service & Geek squad agents needs better customer service training. I bought a TV from best buy, Got it home and the screen was not working. I returned it 5 days later to the Woodmore location which I was told by their online agent to do so being the TV was purchased within 15 days. I bring it to the store and Geek squad agent tells me they do not take TV returns and that's why they encourage customers to get delivery service because they will not take a TV that I took home and broke and basically told me I'm stuck with a broke TV I just bought. Let's say I took the same TV to a different location and was treated totally different and was explained the steps to have my TV exchanged and or refunded.
Very unpleasant experience!

Booked an appointment for an installation a month in advance, even received a text asking us to confirm the appointment a few days before the booking, turned up and there was no one to actually do the installation. Apparently the installer "doesn't work this day" if that was the case why schedule that time slot and also confirm? Does no one look at the calendar or bookings? At no point did the store reach out to correct the booking or inform us. What a total waste of time. Refunds don't make up for lost time, we could (should) have gone elsewhere and had it sorted weeks ago.

I had a device installed at the Bel Air store seven months ago, but when I wanted it reinstalled in a new vehicle, I was quoted a higher price. The assistant manager made it seem like I should have known I had been misquoted the initial installation fee; however, she confirmed that I was quoted $95 more than that device's actual store installation fee. The Bel Air store couldn't find the item in their system, although the manager had seen it the previous day, so I drove to White Marsh for assistance. The item was found by simply looking up my purchase history; I scheduled an appointment for the Bel Air store, but no installer was available when I went for my appointment in Bel Air. The store's front desk employee gave me no options and did not even ask whether I wanted to reschedule my appointment.

Ebuka was such a great sales person I mean this man needs to be recognized he was such a good help if was up to me i would give him a raise. Good customer service very kind and took and his time to help me with what i need that’s what i called a multitasker and very Helpful.
