I will not be returning to this dealership. Its staff is either not knowledgeable or willfully lying to customers, but either way my time and money were wasted! I bought my Subaru at a dealership in NJ, but subsequently moved to MD. At the time of purchase, I was told the first 2 oil changes were free. It wasn't clear if this was a dealership offer or from Subaru, itself. I drove back to NJ for the first oil change. However, I had to bring my car to this dealership in August, and at the time, the representative asked if I wanted to schedule an oil change (since the next one was coming due). At that time, I asked him would the oil change be free or did I need to take it back to the dealership in NJ. He told me I could bring it to this dealership and it would be free. Fast forward to last week, I bring my vehicle in. I am told it will be an hour and a half because there is a recall. At the hour and a half mark, I go to the bathroom. I notice it is parked in front of the entry way, but since no one has come to get me, I assume it is not ready. I text the representative (she texted me as soon as I got there with a message). No response. At the TWO HOUR mark, I go to the desk and there is only one person working (not the same person who initially helped me). I ask why no one has come to get me. The rep tells me the car just pulled up. I know this is a lie since I saw it in the same spot 30 minutes before hand. Then, comes the time to check out. I am expecting the oil change to be free since that is what I was told in August. NOPE! I was charged almost $100, and when I asked, she said "oh that was probably just with the NJ dealership. We don't have anything in our record." Now... obviously, I would have waited to go to NJ to get the oil change to take advantage of a free one if I hadn't been told I could bring it here and the promo would apply. Of course, when I called the NJ dealership, they clarified that the free oil change did only apply to dealerships owned by the company, and since the 2 free oil changes had to be done in the first year, I no longer qualified. So, now I am out a free oil change and $100. This place has lost any future business from me and anyone thinking of going to them should be warned!!!

Amazing experience with their service department. They helped fit me in late during the week for a dead fog light when no other local Subaru dealership would during the week. Great customer service, super friendly. They're not the closest Subaru dealership to me, but they'll be my new go-to.

Wonderful, attentive service from Dennis in sales. The manager greeted me also. No one was overbearing or pushy. I explained what I was looking for and detailed my situation. Good listeners there. I will definitely finish the deal with these guys.

I would normally not write a review about a car dealership, but Wilkins Subaru is quite remarkable.The Details: I was helping my friend shop for a new car, and once she narrowed her decision down to what she wanted (Subaru Outback Premium with option package 13 in green with black interior), I started shopping for her via email/internet. Jesse offered a great out-the-door price and worked hard to find a car that had the exact trim level, color, and options my friend wanted. It took almost 3 weeks for them to get the exact car she wanted (not bad considering the limited availability of what she wanted). I did all the searching and negotiation via email. Once the car arrived on their lot (exchanged from another dealer), Jesse sent us a signed purchase order with the final price (with VIN, including fees, taxes, title and registration), and we went in to test drive and pick up the car. The purchase went very smoothly, and everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous; and no last-minute surprise fees or attempted bait-and-switch (the advantage of negotiating an out-the-door price up front).Bottom Line: Wilkins Subaru really seems to respect their customers, and they offered a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience with the service center here! I was on a road trip and having issues with my car. They fit me in at a time that was convenient for me, and took care of everything. I felt much safer on the rest of the trip. Rebekah was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, thank you!

After having our awesome car totaled in an accident, my husband and I went to our local Honda dealership to try to replace our Civic hatch with a newer model. Our local dealer wanted to gouge us on the MSRP, so I walked away knowing we could find a lightly used Integra for a similar price. We found one all the way in MD, and when I called to see if it was still available, Evan was beyond helpful from the get go. It has been a pretty upsetting time for us and we did not want to be in the position to buy a newer car, but Evan made the entire experience easy, straightforward, and was unbelievably pleasant. I cannot emphasize enough how he turned a stressful situation into something that was a fun and positive experience. He made sure we had everything we needed, was attentive and responsive, and a joy to chat with while we waited in the dealership. Knowing we had a 12 hour drive back to Atlanta, he called to check on us the day after. We'd give Evan and Wilkins 10 stars if we could!

Great experience, easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. The salesperson I dealt with, Evan, was very helpful and low pressure. The price on their website was exactly what they charged, no games with incentives or rebates included that I don’t qualify for, and they gave me a fair trade in value. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life and this is the only time I didn’t feel stressed out or have to haggle. 10/10 would recommend, love my new WRX!

Last weekend I was looking to buy a sapphire blue Subaru Crosstrek Premium and Wilkins Subaru was the nearest dealership to have what I wanted. I called and spoke with Ryan Gaynor, he was awesome. He told me he would hold the Crosstrek until I could get there. I live in PA which is about 2.5 hours away, so I was beyond great full. By the time we got down there he had the Crosstrek all prepped and ready to go. Ryan made buying the exact car I wanted amazingly easy. He was very knowledgeable and extremely customer friendly. Thank you Ryan for making sure my adventure was perfect!!!

Twice now Wilkins has won my business. I shopped most of the dealers in the metro area before pulling the trigger. Wilkins gave me a fair price on a new car without too much negotiating and no games. They gave me a really good price on my trade too. They didn't play games, mislead, or waste my time. I did my homework, told them what I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. They came back with a very reasonable offer. No surprises, no hard sell, no tricky tactics. I would've thought I overpaid based on how easy the process was, but I negotiated with two other dealers this week and neither were willing to give me the deal I wanted on my first visit (though one did offer a similar deal a few days later after their hardball tactics failed them). Anyway, if you want a low stress car buying experience without paying a premium, I'd go to Wilkins. I worked with Jesse and I would again.

I had the best experience for my 1st time financing a car. Randy walked me through each step and made sure to be open for any questions. I appreciated the attention to detail and transparency Wilkins offers. This gave me really good vibes that i was making the right choice. Now I have a beautiful new Subaru! Thanks yall!!

I DO NOT LIKE CAR SHOPPING OR SALESMAN, so I still cannot believe how perfect this Wilkins Subaru new car purchase went. Salesman Ryan Gaynor has changed my mind! From the moment we first spoke to closing the deal, he listened, he guided, and he conversed without typical salesman pushiness. His professionalism, mannerism, politeness, and communication was ABOVE and BEYOND anything we had ever experienced. Then we found out that Wilkins Subaru is a family business, with family members actually in the day-to-day operations. Kudos to Wilkins Subaru for choosing an excellent member of their team/family when they hired Ryan. Hands down: great guy, great experience and great dealership! Thank you!

I just want to say my experience with Wilkins Subaru has been, like I've never experienced in all my time in buying vehicles. The staff was kind friendly, and attentive. My Salesman Ryan Gaynor is an angel. Even when we hit some snafus with the finalization of my purchase (hence 4 stars and not 5) he made himself avaliable to me to help resolve them quickly and efficiently by getting me in contact with the right people. Who also heard my concerns and got right on the corrections. I was shocked and delighted. I'd definitely come back for future purchases!! Thank you for making a stressful time easy.

Unique sold me my car and she was not only very responsive & helpful throughout the process, but an absolute delight to speak with!I was purchasing a car - brand new - for the first time after always buying used and I was on a mission with the color and various features I wanted.I was actually speaking with 4 different Subaru Dealerships with everyone telling me it could take 2-3 months or more before the car would arrive. I could not wait that long and after only speaking with Unique twice, she was able to find the exact car I wanted within 3 weeks.Clearly I was ecstatic and during my appointment with her the day it arrived, not only was it the perfect fit I was hoping for, but Unique made the experience that much better.I also want to note that I love the fact Wilkins Subaru donated a few hundred dollars on my behalf to charities of my choice upon purchase! The entire staff was a pleasure honestly.Thank you again Unique (Go Navy) & Subaru, have a great New Year!
