Scheduled appointment for recall on vehicle. The employee checked that the parts needed were in stock and advised that it was a quick change to the key (not even requiring the vehicle). My 17 year old daughter came for the appointment and they took the vehicle. She then had to wait over an hour and a half, only to be told that the part needed wasn’t available and we would have to reschedule. This was my daughter’s first experience in handling her own vehicle’s maintenance needs. This level of miscommunication, disorganization, and lack of good customer care is unacceptable.

Our service person needs MAJOR customer service training, considering he works with the customers every day, I would presume in his line of work. His tone and his demeanor speak louder than anything else, unfortunately it is in a negative way. I would never recommend, nor would I want my SUV truck to be serviced back at this location. I will rather drive out my way to have my truck serviced with a team who shows appreciation and knows how to be professional and kind than to return to this location. This one man ruined my experience and impression of this location. I am extremely big on mannerisms, it goes far with me, and this service guy did not have them, nor did he seem to be appreciative of having a job!!!!!

After making an appointment. I was able to dropped my car off at the dealership the night before,Sandy and the team at Wilkens repaired my vehicle the same day.

I went here for a check engine light an I was seen by the service guy Kevin he was very polite and understanding he really took his time with the technician who worked on my vehicle they really did an amazing job I’m very satisfied with the service that was provided to me thanks guys for the awesome job I wish I knew the technician who work with Kevin on my vehicle big shout out to the technician you are the man an I appreciate your service you provided ?

Mike Kerins ("Military Mike") made my entire experience very pleasant. He was patient with me from the first phone call. Spent an hour just answering questions about the vehicle and running the numbers for me. I never felt pressured to buy. I had contacted a closer Buick dealership but they never contacted me back. I'm so glad I went with Wilkins.

Everyone was extremely customer focused. They worked with me when more damage was discovered as a result of the accident. Everyone was very helpful. Kevin was very responsive and helpful!!! Thank you KEVIN!!!

Took 4 weeks to get an appointment and another 4 weeks to service my vehicle. They called and stated the parts which were only $300 would not be in until July. They charged an extreme amount of $1100 for labor! The next day they called and said they got the part in after saying it woudl take until July! My service advisor went on vacation the following week. I felt they blew me off. ALSO they knocked out my back up camera!

This dealership is trash. Mike King is arrogant and talks to you like you know nothing about cars and what they are worth. It took me 2 hours to get a bill of sale sent to my bank which ended up being wrong and when I called back they didn’t answer the phone. Kevin Colabucci finally called me and when I talked to him about the situation and the wrong bill of sale he said I wish you luck. He didn’t care one bit. This dealership is trash and would not recommend

Rodney was so professional and friendly. I used the online chat to initiate my wish list and budget.Rodney ran the numbers on several of my options and recommended an option l hadn't considered.He is patient and kind. He places customer satisfaction first and foremost. Great experience for this 1st time Buick owner.

I brought my 2018 Regal in for a recall.I called first to make the appointment and the young lady was very nice and accommodating. I showed up 1 hour early and the gentleman ( I think his name was Don) wrote me up. I asked when they thought it would be done and he was spot on! No attempt to add more to my ticket.Thank you for a great experience.Rick Tassone

The salesman, Mike Snyder, found us the perfect pre-owned vehicle. The dealership was fabulous, from making our new vehicle certified and absolutely perfect. The finance manager gave great options and there was no pressure. The vehicle was priced thousands below market value. When we trade our other vehicles in the future, we will go see Mike again.

Bought new Buick at dealership out of State. Needed front license plate bracket installed per state requirements (plate but not bracket). Scheduled appointment on a Tuesday for installation on following Saturday and was verbally quoted $54 plus change. On Saturday, installation was fast, well done and the staff (different from Tuesday) was great. They only charged $17 plus change after installation. Happy I paid less than Tuesdays quote, just wondering what caused the price difference.

Randy was first class, great experience all around. Stopped by a different dealership prior and was disappointed. With Randy I ended getting a higher trim package, with less miles for a better price. Couldn’t recommend this group more. Bottled water could be bigger, jk. Thanks fellas!

Our salesman Rob Reisman was excellent. He was patient very knowledgeable and was a great help that made our buying experience a joy. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our decision on a vehicle. He did a great job in familiarizing us with the vehicle. Great job to the whole team !
