I am coming from out of town for a family reunion. I keep trying to get in touch with the deli to mak an order. No one ever answers the phone. When call back to reach the operator, no one answers the phone. I have tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone. Is this Walmart still open? If so, is there a staffing shortage, that prevents anyone from answering the phone?

Worst Walmart I been to. I moved to the area a year ago and found this Walmart nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. But over the past couple months staff have been unhelpful and nasty. Yesterday I went to get formula. We rang the bell and waited and waited. When I asked staff walking by they said she was in hair products. Walked over no one there rang the bell again. Ask a lady stocking hand bags. She told me to go to the register and have then page. Had a gentleman page waited again. Another staffers pass by and said the girl with the key is in the fitting room. Walked over and no one was there. At that point pharmacy was opened again. Ask them to page someone. When the gentlemen pointed to a lady doing pickup orders. She said we need to go back to the register because she didn't have the key. I get that but it has been a hour and we couldn't get anyone to assist for the formula. That is poor and bad customer and I have lost my patiences with this Walmart and location. I will be going to another location or purchasing from other retailers.

You cheat the customer by continuing to raise prices when Joe Biden said inflation is down. Why the 40+ percent price hikes. You cheat the customers out of .10 per bag in addition to the above theft. Half of your carts suck and you want me to ring my own stuff up then act like you don't trust me when I am leaving with unbagged product in my cart. That would fall under a your problem not mine. You don't want to give me a bag to put my stuff in, don't think I'm stopping to check my reciept. When you pray for rain you have to deal with the mud.

I shop at the Glen Burnie Walmart every week for groceries. When they installed the self checkout lanes I was excited. Now I can checkout my own items without someone else touching my items. I can bag as I go along at my own pace. Today, all the checkouts are now 15 items or less. There is a Wardon going down the self checkout lanes yelling "15 items or less. More than 15 items you must go to a cashier". Well I had to leave the self checkout and wait in a cashier line of 8 people since only 3 cashier lanes were open. If you are going to enforce this prison rule than you must have more cashiers open. Welcome to Walmart Prison of Glen Burnie.

to the "management" at Glen Burnie Walmart. how about you learn how to manage? lines all the way back to the frozen food section and the self checkout is closed . most of the merchandise is mis priced and the shelves are empty! the managers here need more training! skip this dump and go to the one on Washington Blvd.

Terrible customer service. I asked 3 associates if I could get a case opened, and I was told 3 times they didn't have the key but they'd look. I never saw any of them again and waited for over 20 minutes before just leaving

I was disrespected by Elizabeth the cashier and her coworkers. The manager came over to handle an issue and Elizabeth saw it fit to stand in front of my cart and talk over her manager. I asked the manager to ask her to leave and Elizabeth said I'm good here. After walking away Elizabeth stood on the side and pointed and talked about me and my family with 4 of her coworkers. Mind you while this is going on a customer at a register needed help and none of the 5 sales associates helped because they were busy talking and pointing at me and my family. I told the manager that she needs to tell her employees that it's not ok to put her self into an issue that is being handled by management and doesn't involve her. I called the store and was told by Elizabeth and the store manager that the phone rings to the fitting room and nobody is there to answer the phone. So if you need to call this store you won't get an answer. The store has 3 registers open and all had very long lines and was being run by elderly people who were ringing up items slowly. Nobody has time to sit in a line for 20+ minutes and take 20+ minutes to get rung up.
The management and customer service people are very rude and disrespectful and act like they don't care about how they talk and treat customers.
